Blue has stayed twice now and is treated like royalty. 🥰 He is so well looked after, the updates are regular and thoughtful. He loves it here and we were so reassured - thank you!!!

Longcroft has only recently moved from Springfield to Galleywood, so Alfie was one of Jenny’s very first guests. I can 100% recommend Jenny to care for your beloved puss. I had adopted Alfie just a few weeks before having to find somewhere for Alfie to stay.(I had booked my holiday a year earlier). Jenny is just, passionate bout cats; treating those in her care, as her own. Alfie is nervous with a reputation of nipping/biting- but Jenny coped admirably, and loved Alfie as her own. The venue is, more expensive than others, but the high standard of love and care is faultless. Spotlessly clean, and every comfort. For total peace of mind; Longcroft is excellent. I will definitely book again for next year. The farewell goody bag is a lovely, personable touch. I collected one calm, happy, contended puss. The most welcomed updates and photos were an added bonus, giving me total peace of mind.Thank you Jenny.

Gaby (Longcroft Kenley) was great with our cat whilst we were away for a few days. It was our first time using a cat hotel and can say we felt totally relaxed knowing that she was in good hands.

The suites are very clean and well thought out. Great choice of food and toys to keep the cats happy and entertained. Also had regular updates (with photos!) of our cat which was much appreciated.

Check in and check out very easy and accommodating. Will be using again for sure.

Our two cats had a 12 day stay at Longcroft in Orpington, and it was a fantastic experience. The accommodation was very clean and Daisy was amazing, she provided us with regular updates with photos, and took excellent care of them. We highly recommend Longcroft and will certainly choose them again in the future!

We were really pleased with the care our cat Blaze received during his stay at the cat hotel. The facilities were spotless and clearly very well maintained. A big thank you to Judith for looking after him so well – we especially appreciated the regular updates and photos, which really helped us relax and enjoy our time away knowing he was in safe hands. It’s so reassuring to know he was being cared for by someone so kind and attentive. Highly recommend!

A huge thank you to Judith at Longcroft Margate for taking such great care of Max and Maia! We were completely able to relax during our time away knowing they were in her care. Max has stayed on several ocassions previously, however, it was Maia's first time. The updates are great, playtimes and fabulous homecooked menu choices. There's nothing like knowing our furbabies are in such great hands - as if they were at home

Just the most amazing cattery. We’ve used a few locations and they’re always exceptional. Everything is very personal to your cat and the updates are great for nervous cat owners, leaving their babies for the first (or twentieth!) time.
Our cat always comes back happy and healthy. We even had to leave her when she was on a special diet and under observation for an upset stomach and I couldn’t have looked after her better myself.
Truly a place run by cat lovers, I just wish it was easier to get a booking as they’re so popular!

i was nervous as my cat bella has always had someone there with us being home workers and have never left her anywhere but we all decided it’s time to go away. Lou at flitwick was amazing from start to finish <3 her communication was 5 star and she answered all my questions and put me at ease.The suites are beautiful and bella was spoilt with her own play area and bedroom including a 4 poster bed! i felt reassured that she was in safe hands as lou goes out of her way to provide updates and pictures. i couldn’t praise her enough and would highly recommended her services. There’s no doubt i will be booking with her in the future x

We were very worried about one of cats going in for the week as she is extremely nervous. Cookie and Creame were very well looked after, groomed daily and the photos sent to reassure us. Creame is fared. Came home very chilled.

We have two very fussy pampered princesses. Longcroft is the only Cat Hotel I would even consider using while we are away. They always come back to us very relaxed and really seem to enjoy their time away. They seem to do everything that we do plus a little extra, I love the little goodie bags they come home with as do they. They are only in touch with you every second day and I think this could be more often however it’s only a small thing compared to the care they get. I would have no hesitation in recommending Longcroft to anyone, they are wonderful and offer a first class service.

Excellent in every way. The cats were so well looked after and it was amazing to get unprompted regular updates and took all the worry away. They will definitely be returning for another visit!

I left my cats with Jenny in Tring when we were away on holiday for 2 weeks and I think my cats had a better time than we did. I received regular updates and could see how relaxed they were. Highly recommend Jenny and Longcroft Tring.

We left our boy with Kara at Longcroft Banbury and it was amazing.

Our boys are almost 10 and we have been using Longcroft in Welwyn Garden City for the last 3 or 4 years. We looked at a lot of Catteries when we moved to the area and have been so impressed by Longcroft that we now wouldn’t leave our cats with anyone else.

Abi engaged with us from day one and really took the time to get to know our boys personalities so that they have the best possible experience, but she also understood our personalities aswell and kept in regular contact to let us know how the boys were coping in a different environment. The boys give their seal of approval 🐾🐾 and we do too!

So glad this was an option for us. Worth the money to know they were well looked after in a clean and well thought out premises. Loved the photos and plenty of updates from the owner Claire which helped us to enjoy our holiday. I would not hesitate to recommend Longcroft Chelmsford. Friendly and professional throughout and the kittens were well looked after. Great that they allowed them their own toys to go with them too.

We were very nervous about leaving our kittens with anyone, they are still quite young (6 months) and we had never been away from them before. Anyone who has had pets will know that feeling!

Longcroft was a fantastic find and an absolute godsend. Daisy at Longcroft Orpington was wonderful, the facility is brilliant and they took amazing care of our two little ones. It was immediately clear that they are 'cat people' and that they cared about the cats they look after as much as their owners do! We had daily updates with pictures so we could see how they were getting on, and it was very clear once we got them home that they had a wonderful time! The lack of spa treatments since they got home may even mean they are keen to go back...

I had heard a lot of nightmare stories about some catteries, so we were very cautious, but Longcroft is nothing like that and really does earn that extra title of Cat 'Hotel'.

For anyone who is similar nervous, I would urge you to give Longcroft a look. They were happy for us to come and look around before we booked and we were immiediately put at ease, - its worth every penny. If you do have to be away from your cats, I can't think of anyone I'd rather have look after them.

Surprised this company does not have a load of 5star reviews. My cat has stayed at two of their franchised branches. Both have looked after my cat impeccably and in complete luxury. Highly recommended.
