Pleasent purchasing experience with Phil

car service and diagnostic
Self service was great dropped my key off and went away, dissapointing thing was i i paid for a diagnostic for an engine light and sat nav not working, only to be told at the end ogf the day they have left early and the issue still remains.

Clowns
Clowns. Utter mercenary clowns. Confirmed my interest in the car and my intention to buy it. Asked if I could leave a deposit as I was driving two hundred miles from Devon to collect the car but was told a deposit was unnecessary. Drove up to collect the night before. The next day, I was called to say it had been sold. No apology. Waste of time and money. Clowns. Won't be using them again.
