Highly recommend
Andy was an absolute star from start to finish. Everything was explained and prioritised to fit my needs and I was made to feel welcomed and comfortable whilst I waited. I was able to work whilst I waited and was well looked after with coffee and biscuits. All the staff around were dead nice, chatty and friendly. Took my car for a service.told them…
Took my car for a service.told them when I dropped car off there were 2 problems with the car from a previous service with them.Did they get fixed no because they don’t seem to be interested in extra work.What is the use in having a service done on my car in the first place when they don,t sort out the 2 problem I had. Sorry you have lost my faith in your dealership now.

Just satisfactory
Every thing was pretty good from beginning to end. A few points to mention however big or small. I always go back to seat for my services etc, and recently bought a car from them. It was a bit annoying to pay the amount for break fluid on a car we only picked up on collection about six months ago. The break fluid should of been checked or done not gone down in nearly six months having newest car. Plus a proper wash inside could of been done rather than just a hoover. To me its a minor thing but it seemed a rush job. On the whole it was just satisfactory.

MOT due but only booked in for a service
Booked my SEAT Arona in for its second service and I presumed first Mot. After trying to find a car parking space amongst the atrocious parking situation at the Stockport SEAT garage, I was advised that my car was only booked in for a service. The MOT was due in 11 days, I presumed it was also booked in for a MOT. Apparently they couldn’t fit the MOT in until 5pm the same day. Given that we had travelled 25 miles for the service (due to more local branches being closed) and it was 10am, we didn’t want to have to stay 25 miles away from home for an extra 3 hours. We were told the service would be complete at 4pm. We had already arranged what to do with our 6 hour wait in Stockport, but there was no way we could wait another 3 hours.

Not upto expectations
Garage currently being refurbished but despite that mediocre service and no car wash?? You should contact independent Car wash services nearby and get the cars cleaned inside and out as one expects on all Reputable garages following a major service! Disappointing!

Best car purchase ever
James was really helpful and took the time to go through all of the options before we settled on the car we wanted.
James then kept in touch to keep us updated on the progress of the car which lead to a smooth handover. It’s was the best experience we have had when buying a car.

Electric drive malfunction
Electric drive malfunction. Car is under warranty. Has been checked and needs repair at Specialist centre. Week on after number of phone calls and emails not one seems to bother to update me with the next steps. Stockport branch fobbing me off.
