Rubbish
I booked for a waiting service, which took 4 hours instead of the 2 I was told.
I was then told my airbag light was on and I shouldn’t drive the car until it cAn be rectified. The earliest date was over a month away. No courtesy was offered so i don’t have to drive an unsafe car. Let’s hope I don’t have a crash!!!!
This car is under 12 months old

Overall great service
The service I received at reception and the overall servicing team and the overall communication between yourselves and myself was excellent. The only reason for not having five stars is because parking is quite difficult and my car wasn’t very well cleaned on the outside.
I know cleaning is a nice extra to have but if you’re going to offer the service, then you need to do it well. there are quite a few bits on the car where the jet spray missed.

You can’t go wrong with lookers
I’ve been going to lookers for many years now and I’m always treated brilliantly. Service reception lady was very helpful explaining what would be happening with my car and even walked me to my courtesy car. I was sent a short video from the tech service lady showing me what was happening and they even cleaned my car which is an excellent service. Lookers staff were very helpful and thank you so much.

Very happy with the service we received by Jason he was very attentive and tried hard to get it all sorted for me for collection and accessories to be fitted on same day. Love my car so far it’s just what I needed.

1st Service on my X-Trail
1st Service on my X-Trail. Easy to book the service, although no courtesy car available. Drop off & pick up couldn’t have been easier. A reminder for the next service would be helpful as this 1st service was 3 months late, but apart from that faultless. Staff both polite & courteous.

The team were friendly and welcoming
The team were friendly and welcoming. We were offered a hot drink, whilst we waited. My car has to go back in for 2 minor faults. The car parts had to be ordered. One fault is going in for the second time, which is disappointing.
