I am always pleased with Lookers when they have my car. They are very friendly and helpful. They give you information about how the service/MOT is going. Also as I'm disabled, they pick up and return for me. This is a great help for me.

I have started using Lookers Sudbury since buying one of my cars from them, I find the service and communication excellent, Although being about 1 hour away its worth the travel. Service desk staff are very friendly and helpful , plus you get free tea and coffee while you wait. I will be bringing all my cars to them now.

Took my car in for a recall, spoke to Andy on reception as I booked in. I didn't realise the time I booked was a check in time not the actual appointment time.
I said I would have to be kicking my heels there as I live 15 miles away, he said he would try and get it in asap in that case. 2 hours later it was all done, great service thank you.

Excellent fast and friendly service. Gracie makes everything seem so simple. Always friendly, gets on with getting all our options emailed over or calling quickly, without it feeling like it's pushy sales. Really fast to get info needed to make decisions. Great service.

5 stars is not enough absolutely superb. After a disastrous experience with Big Motoring World I contacted Lookers after seeing a car on the internet that I was interested in. They were absolutely amazing so attentive. I spoke to them first on the Monday morning and by Friday they had the car delivered to me as it was not local to me. Amazing customer service videos shared and questions answered and Gracie Abbott was outstanding! Thank you so much for restoring my faith in the process of financing my next car. 100% recommend.

I went to Lookers Sudbury to have a look at a car. Was greeted by Tom and now I have a new car!
I didn’t feel rushed or pressured.
Tom’s knowledge of the car was fantastic and his explanation wasn’t techy but clear and concise. All my questions were answered and I had all the information needed to make my decision.
Whilst I knew it was the car I was really interested in and had been looking at for a while, I bought from the person.
All transactions were easy and quick to access and complete.
Tom was fantastic, helpful and human.
Very happy with the service from start to finish.

The team here are exceptional. Ronnie, Gracie, Tom and Matt were helpful in every way possible. Everyone is friendly and informative and whoever picked up the phone in my experience with them was happy to help me. Ronnie helped me with the purchase of my new car and was great to work with. As someone who doesn't know a lot about cars, he told me all I needed to know and has been helpful even after I've driven the car off the forecourt.

Took vehicle in for a service and MOT. Asked to have the passenger seat looked at for a rattle which wasn’t done. Also ongoing knock on steering still not resolved. service manager wouldn’t speak to us regarding issue
