Dealt with Barry Kelly the salesperson and he was absolutely fantastic in every way from start to finish very knowledgeable and nothing was too much bother for him.

Researched cars all over the UK and found the one I wanted in Audi Hamilton, 250 miles from home. Dealt with Rory who was very helpful in setting everything up, and went above and beyond when I realised I'd left my laptop in the hotel nearby once I'd got home. A great deal and great customer service.

Specifically had an Audi Q 3 in mind , having seen it listed online . After a thorough inspection of the Q 3
I was approached by a smartly dressed salesman called
Grant . After some discussion with Grant we agreed a
price for my old Audi Q 2 . In the end I was happy with
the swift and painless process of buying the Q 3 .

Overall I was very impressed by the how quick from
start to finish that Grant was in processing the car’
paper work etc , inc the process of collecting the
Q 3 .

All in all a very pleasant experience. I can highly

Awesome experience start to finish. John Murray is a credit to this company. Nothing too big and communication spot on. Accommodated my annoying requests with no hassle. Bought many cars from other big brands and this is the only one I would visit again!

Seamless process from start to finish. My wife and I were uncertain as which model we wanted after a quick browse round Rory came to the rescue and found the model for us. The car we wanted was at another dealer so needed to be transported up, Rory kept us up to date with the whereabouts of the car. Once the car was ready for collection a date was arranged and the hand over was complete.

Great experience purchasing our new car. Ryan and the team were all very knowledgable. They’re not your usual “pushy” sales team. Very relaxed and down to earth. Answered all questions and worked with us to get what we wanted. A few wee extra nice touches by them when collecting the car which were really appreciated.
