My car was there for two months waiting…
My car was there for two months waiting on a part with no eta given. For a month I was it was coming that week and it never arrived. The part was needed because of a fault on the car not because of any thing I had done.

The service was awful
The service was awful. This is the second time I took my vehicle for the same issue and nothing was done. I took my vehicle at 8.45am and when I collected my vehicle after 5.30pm the work scheduled to have been five was not done. Instead they called me threatening they are closing and I needed to pick up my car. I was forced to drive in heavy rain, 30 miles from home to pick up my car. Even when they knew the vehicle was not worked on, they could have given me that information on the phone rather than force me to drive in dangerous conditions to get my vehicle. Had they informed me I could have got them to keep the vehicle over the weekend. In collecting the vehicle, no apologies but told they would call me on Monday to rebook. It's now Tuesday and still waiting on that phone call. This is really disappointing.

My dealer Experience

The purchase of my car was very easy. Rob was very helpful and always responded quickly.
I had a problem with the electrics when I had Ghost fitted. I was a little upset at having to pay £300 for a diagnostics test after having just spent over £100,000 the previous day

Evoque Brake Discs Warped
The service team confirmed braking vibration. A DTI test was undertaken showing that all four discs were warped. Results of 0.15mm for the rear and 0.3/0.5mm for the front discs were reported. The rear were advised as non-compliant and the front within specification. When I queried this I was advised that the front were 0.03/0.05mm. The rear discs were replaced and the vibration is still apparent. So far this has cost me over £1,700. I have requested a copy of the observations from the DTI test and still await them.
