no action, 10 month old car with a fault, not so much as a returned call
I have a faulty headlight on a 10 month old Defender. Despite my best efforts to speak to someone at Land Rover West London, I ended up having to submit my enquiry via their website. I received a response saying that someone would be in touch 'as soon as possible'. Yep, you guessed it, it is now the 9th March and I still have not heard anything from this outfit!

New 2025 Range Rover from…
I Bought a new 2025 Range Rover from this dealership and it was the best car buying experience ever!! From my first phone call to the Collection 3 weeks later, the process was so smooth and the Sales executive Mo Rajab was incredible. Professional throughout, kept me updated daily on the status and very knowledgeable. The handover was very thorough, Mo explained everything very clearly to my wife so she was ready to drive the car back home. I am from the midlands and would travel down again to use this dealership. They have a customer for life and I will be returning next year for another vehicle. Thank you again Mo, will see you again soon🙂

Great personal service at Lookers in West London
The lady who was part of the team, made me feel welcome, as I had to wait at their office for part of the time. She also explained any issues around my service and what work the mechanics had carried out. As usual my car went far more smoothly after the service.
