Really bad aftercare. Bought a car from them and they couldn’t do enough. I had loads of phone calls to sort it out. After buying the car, everything changed. Each time I called, strangely no one was able to help and I’d need to call back to speak to a specific person. Then try again, passed from person to person. A stark contrast to the selling side. Took 2 weeks to finally get any response and the service and response received has been truly shocking. Really poor, especially from a main mini dealer charging very premium prices. I’ve had much better service from other Mini dealers in the past. These guys are only interested in their sales targets and not any form of after service. Would never buy from this dealer again. Really bad.

Friendly and knowledgeable sales team, nothing was too much trouble.
We called by chance because Vertu Ford wasn't open on a Sunday and ended up buying a new Countryman.

Great service, james was my agent and he worked really hard to ensure I got the car I wanted.
Very friendly and helpful and was emotionally involved in the excitement of purchasing a new car.

This is my second purchase from Lookers Crewe. My first experience wasn't great 3 years ago as the Sales guy was inefficient. Thankfully Lucy Fleming is efficient.
Lucy is a great advertisement for the Company.She has a lot of knowledge about the cars and is very helpful. We didn't feel rushed over our purchase.She also gives me as the customer confidence that I can contact her any time if I need more information. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone wanting a non-pushy sales person !! She has the correct polite attitude and good personality.

Purchased a new Countryman and was looked after from start to finish by Lucy. The whole transaction from start to finish only took a few days with everything possible done to search for and get my new car in the time required. First rate customer service.

Picked up my Mini JCW on Monday 22nd September. My overall buying experience with Mini has been fantastic from start to finish. Matt Lubbe kept me fully informed, very proactive communication to update me on the various stages of the build. The Digital information and App were also very welcome with lots of information as well as updates. On the day itself, the collection was also really well handled. Matt took the time to take me through the set-up, features etc. It was clear that Matt felt very passionately about the Mini brand and the whole experience was a joy. Thank you Matt and Lookers Crewe.

I didn’t expect to be buying a Mini!
But the helpful and knowledgeable advice from Alex, and the features of the car, had me interested.
For the test drive I was allowed to take the car out alone- an unaccompanied test drive is always a more real word experience.
Overall a great experience from the dealership.

Love my Mini and the purchase experience was seamless.
Matt was friendly, patient and knowledgeable.
Would certainly recommend anyone looking for a Mini in the Cheshire area to pop into Crewe. Lots of stock and great hot chocolate.
