Paul talked me through the recommended services required to maintain my warranty and was very helpful throughout. Contacted me when ready to pick up and delighted to find they had thrown in a valet too!

Absolutely disgusted with this place. I had a horrible experience 3 months ago with them. Complained to the manager and they didn’t care. I left a review explaining the issues and was told to contact the complaints department which I did. Three months down the line and after lots of emails chasing I STILL haven’t heard anything from them. What kind of service is this ? The car they sold me was so dangerous with a complete split down the middle it wasn’t even road legal yet they passed checks and MOTS? I have two young children that were in that car and they can’t even reply to a simple email I sent them to complain. I am heartbroken that they don’t even have any sympathy from all the money lost and hassle it caused not to mention the danger. It could have been life threatening. Avoid this place at all costs. Absolutely gutted.

5 star from start to finish Lookers Stockport

I took my 2 year old car in for its service at Lookers Stockport.
This is the second time I have brought it there.
They didn't clean the car and didn't do so on the first sevice either.
I have been told its normal practice at a main dealers to valet the car during the service.
Disappointed not once but twice.

the staff here, especially the receptionist stephen was so helpful and friendly. he was very informative and had excellent customer service and manners.
only criticism is the car park is very full and hard to drive around.

I had an MOT on my car and the service team were amazing from start to finish. A big thank you to Louise for sorting everything out! It was even sparkling clean when i got it back, which was lovely!

I purchased a 2025 Dacia duster in November 25, the vehicle had done 2125 miles from new and bought with good faith and reassurance from various media sources it it’s reliability which couldn’t be further from the truth .

To date the vehicle has broken down 3 times, the latest being on Christmas Day where I was stranded in a live lane for 29 minutes due to an electrical / faulty electric motor issue which has been the same fault since ownership to varying degrees.

Between yourselves and Dacia assist I have spent around 2 hours on the phone , car recovered now into yourselves as not drivable today by the RAC with an email only referral suggesting my car is booked in on the 5.1.26 although better than the original date for repair given of the 6.3.26?!!!

I have no update today from anyone so presume my £25k is in a compound somewhere?!!

I have had to sort my own courtesy cat out via Dacia assist with an initial 5 day rental agreed with is now ludicrous as I’m presuming you not even looking into the issues until the 5.1.26.

I am about to collect the courtesy car from enterprise tonight as they wouldn’t deliver to my home address and expecting more phone calls and arguments over the coming days ?!!

The gentlemen that came to pick up car and return it was lovely and kind, they seen i was having trouble with my mobility and were so polite and didn't keep me very long, they also done a great job on car and even cleaned ot for me , great experience from lookers.

Excellent service. I was very well looked after throughout and the vehicle was serviced efficiently, quickly and at a competitive price.

Staff were very helpful and the service was prompt and efficient. It was a very straightforward experience. My only criticism is that it is very difficult to park and there should be an area reserved for cars coming in for a service.

It was not a very good experience, thats all. I had a full price MOT and a major service. I still dont have a clue as to what that involves as nothing is ever explained. Apparently the vehicle has been cleaned, which it hasn't and the service book i left out has not been completed. Also for the second year running i booked online for my key battery to be changed, which again has been ignored. I also received a text message stating that my car was ready to be collected 2 hours after I had picked it up. On collection the woman who served me was not very pleasant at all. Altogether an expensive and impersonal experience, I think I will go elsewhere in the future.

Picked my Renault up at 9.00 a.m. and returned it fully serviced and radio problem fixed, plus cleaned inside and out at tea time, kept me informed with video links to the ongoing work, first-class service.
My absolute favourite company to deal with.

Engineer carrying out the service was excellent making a video and explaining everything.

I am writing this in disgust my daughter and son in law went to Lookers in Stockport and purchased a Renault Clio from them.
Jump ahead to just over a year after purchase and they will have paid out nearly £8000 pounds to have this car dealt with, they have tried on numerous occasions to get the original team to support them with the car and it's never ending stream of repairs and yet with all these faults nothing, this car has suddenly developed these faults and they have been stuck without a car now for at least 3 months as this has been in a Renault garage in Bradford who have done all they can.
However they did recieve the car back after waiting all that time for the parts that the Bradford garage ordered that they thought that was wrong with the car to be shipped across.
Less than two days of having the car back they have just been told that the catalitic convertor has now gone which is an extra cost of up to £4000 on top off the £4000 they have have already paid this is an absolute disgrace they have a young family and need their car to be able to meet the needs of the family dynamics such as visiting their ill grandparents, getting to and from work, picking up their children from their childcare this is all having a detrimental impact on their health and well being, not to mention the emotional stress this is putting them through after purchasing a car from a what is thought to be reputable dealer to be hit with an £8000 pound bill whilst still paying for a car that has spent the last 3 months in Garage awaiting parts Lookers in Stockport that have really not helped this situation.
Lookers in Stockport did not give them the cars history until we called chasing this up for the garage that is dealing with it at the moment.
They have not been offered a curtesy car or even offered from Lookers in Stockport a tow for the car to be seen by them from whom they purchased this car from in good faith.
The treatment they have recieved is diabolical there has been no recognition from Lookers in Stockport for this car where they were willing to take a £15000 pound from them to buy it but nothing, and yes i am completely aware that it is over a year since they purchased the car however I would not expect anyone who has purchased car from a dealer to be paying out £8000 just over a year after buying it from a so called reputable dealer as Lookers.
I will seeking advice from numerous sources to find a support before this distroys them financially.
The heart breaking part is they are trying to pay and plan a wedding, but this money pit of a car is eating every penny they earn getting and the stress that this is causing them is disgusting.
It is appalling that in today's finical climate that a company such as Lookers is allowing this couple to pay an extra £8000 on top of the already £15000 they have shelled out.
I will speaking to the Ombudsman for not only the Car Dealership which is giving Renault an extremely bad name but also the finical Ombudsman with regard to the predicament they are now in.

It's always a pleasure to take my car in for its service or Mot at Renault Stockport. I have been coming here for 9 years and Louise on the desk without fail is friendly, helpful and welcoming. She gives clear explanations about what is happening, and if I have any queries about my car will check with engineers without hesitation. My cars getting old now and I am considering getting my next car from this garage!

I took my Motability car to Renault Stockport in Manchester for its annual service. For a month before the service, the car had problems, including an error message on the display.

I booked the service one month in advance, explained the issues, and even gave them a printed list on the service day. They assured me the problems would be fixed.

However, when I collected the car, only the annual service had been done, and the faults remained. The same thing happened last year. As a disabled person, I am very disappointed because I cannot keep returning for repairs.

From start to finish the saleman-Akash was amazing, kept me informed at every step of the way. Talked me through my finance options and any other packages offered. Whilst I dont know the manages name, ge was willing to go above and beyond to make the purchase and collection of the vehicle as easy as possible for me, as I am based in Ashford Kent.
Akash kept me informed of all changes to finance options and made thexwhole purchase as easy as possible, enabling me to sign all relevant documents online.
Overall Akash and the manager were outstanding.
