Seamless and attentative from start to finish! No pressure selling. Micheal listened what we wanted and delivered the goods- literally! Walked in one day and picked up our car the next. What more can you ask for. He did all the donkey work- sorting tax, service plan(which we asked about not pushed into) our part exchange ( which we were more than happy with the deal struck)

I’ve been told to say’Jaime was good but Michael was better’ . Joking aside these two gentlemen were a pleasure to deal with. They gave concise and accurate information about the car I was purchasing . There was no hard sell just a lot of helpful advice about the car and services provided.

Skoda Karoq Purchase at Lookers SKODA Newcastle
Outstanding Customer Service from Jaime Quenet and Michael Mountford at Lookers Skoda Newcastle concerning the purchase of a used, nearly new Skoda Karoq. The initial test drive and order agreement was discussed with Jaime and very efficiently followed up with Michael. Both were excellent, proactive and very professional in understanding and meeting our needs. The purchase and collection was completed in less than 48 hours with all relevant checks and Gardex treatment completed ! Didn’t even know our car was on site…
Didn’t even know our car was on site for three days.
Cars done just over 5k needs new battery and two front tyres apparently, no updates unless I message them would have given zero if possible
