Dreadful planning
My corsa was booked in for a service and mot i booked it as a while you wait service which was £25 extra I received a courtesy call the day before explaining it would be a 3 1/2 hour wait which i excepted, on arrival i was told it would be a 6 hour wait i spoke with the manager and the only outcome for me was to cancel service and just go ahead with mot i still waited 3 hours for the mot there seems to be very poor planning of job allocation, i have now gone elsewhere i would never recommend this lookers site and I will certainly not buy my next vauxhall from these

I reserved a with a £250 deposit…
I reserved a with a £250 deposit located at Chester vauxhall. On the 14th Jan. They rung me 16th saying car was no longer available due to failing there pre sale checks. Said would arrange for the £250 refund. We are now on the 2nd Feb and still no refund.

Great, but could be better
We like the ease of the Service Procedures, and Staff are helpful, very kind. The information after your service is a bit hit or miss, considering it's a brand new car and first service. We have had several issues with this car ovwr the first 12 months, x2 recalls also. Considering the cost involved. I was helped by one of the Managers ref something we needed sorting, which is good. But I feel Lookers could do more for customers like us, over 10 years we have purchased new cars from Vauxhall Lookers Chester. Thats a big investment..

I took my Mokka in for a remedial safety recall
I took my Mokka in for a remedial 'safety recall' job and waited for it to be done. Whilst waiting I went out to see if it had been taken into the workshop over 45 mins after it's booking-in time and it hadn't moved. So I thought that I may have to wait longer than the expected 2hours they'd told me over the phone (when I'd booked it in originally) as they seemed pretty busy there. However, I was handed my key back less than an hour later saying all was done - yet no paperwork was given to me, and nothing was signed in my service book so I have nothing to show that the work was carried out AND my car had not moved and was in exactly the same place I'd left it, so I've got no idea what was actually done and no proof to say it was indeed done, which left me a bit baffled!?

The timescale in which my service was…
The timescale in which my service was completed was very sufficient and the customer service I received when booking in was great.
The parking was extremely difficult as always and for the first time in 3 years of having my service done in Chester my car was not cleaned as indicated in the service plan which was a little disappointing

Poor customer service... yet again
Sadly, yet another poor level of customer service from the reception team at Lookers Chester. Unable to find my booking, not interested in 2 advisories flagging up on the service which potentially would have generated extra money for them. No offer to give me a quote for the work needed just not interested at all. You need to fully retrain this team as they are seriously forcing custom elsewhere and this factor has made me not renew mine and my husbands service plans

Don’t take your car for an MOT!
Car failed MOT the first time, needed new tyres, fine, but then told I could have a free rest if booked in within 10 days. When I called the next day to re book to get them tyres and not sorted, they didn’t have availability for over 3 weeks and also suggested getting tyres somewhere else.
I then said that is ridiculous I would have to go 3 weeks before I can drive my car as my mot had expired then, and I said if it was a normal garage they would fit me in within a few days. They finally managed to re arrange the calendar and fit me in within the free 10 day re test period.
I won’t be going back again for an MOT, it is easier to go to a normal garage rather than a dealership. The inside of my car was also unclean where they have had their hands all over the windows and handles.

Great Place to get your Vauxhall Serviced
Had a ‘Waiting with/for Car’ Service & MOT appointment.
Nice seating area, great free coffee machine, and a tv with remote if the mood takes you.
Kept informed all the way along of my cars progress by text & email, plus there’s also a video available on YouTube.
Car finished a few minutes earlier than quoted (always a bonus) and it had been washed and vacuumed inside.
The Service Reception Staff were friendly, helpful and, most importantly, knowledgeable.
Would have no hesitation in recommending this Dealership.
