Issues not solved
Booking the car in was effortless, and all staff were friendly and helpful.
However after having the car for four days the issues have still not been resolved. This car is 3 months old.
I will have to book the car in again to sort the issues

Debbie and Rachel at Lookers Battersea, I just want to say I experienced a really great service on Monday. Not only was I able to comfortably work there for the whole day but I was kept up to date on the repairs to my car. I'm not able to say whether the air conditioning is working as it's winter at the moment but outside of that, all in all the experience was professional and very easy. I was updated on the progress of my service and MOT and offered financial assistance so I could get all repairs done in one day and at the same time. Also I received updates from the mechanic at the end of the, one update was from Costa and another gentleman who did my air conditioning service. All in all the Lookers Volkswagen have a wonderful team and I hope that their manager sees the value in them. Thank you again.

Great Sales experience
I was really happy with how Maurice Kofi Attivor managed my sale process. He was very helpful and communicated on phone and email answering any questions I had, and I didnt feel pressured at all at any point. He explained everything clearly and seemed genuine in his approach rather than just keen to make a sale. I wish more car sales people were like Maurice!

Helpful staff and brilliant service
Helpful member of staff who told me she would be in if we were late collecting my car, up to 6.30 pm, which was a pleasant change for the usual dead-pan "We close at 5.00 pm".
In addition for the "Winter Check" we paid for, our car got a "Health Check" and was valeted.
I call that 'Brilliant Service' from Lookers Battersea.

I think the service was excellent
I think the service was excellent. I was informed and reminded about my forthcoming car MOT by phone and email. At the garage, I was greeted by Mark Almond who took over everything and I was kept informed by SMS of the progress of the works. I collected my car when all was done. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. It was painless!!

We purchased a used VW Sharan in Aug 2025. The experience of dealing with this dealer has been pleasant from start to finish. The sales rep (Jack F) was very helpful and ensured we were kept up to date throughout the whole process from paying the deposit to receiving the car.

Sadly not up to the usual standard
Sadly not up to the usual standard. Booked car in for MOT and service and was told it would be 2.5 to 3 hours. After 3 hours when no update on the app/link went to ask to find they had forgotten about the car. Staff very nice but had not kept me up to date and car also not washed.
