This is the first time I have used this garage. The whole process from ordering the car back in October until collecting the car last week was straightforward. I was kept informed throughout the process. The salesman (Carl) was spot on and explained everything I needed to know. The car was ready for collection at the time and date we had arranged. AWFUL EXPERIENCE…..PLEASE AVOID
Purchased a second hand VW Tiguan from you in December 2025 costing over £19000. I was horrified to discover one of the tyres had been illegally repaired, near to the sidewall with a plug. Also had to replace another tyre that was nearly bald. My local garage said the repaired tyre was extremely dangerous and the car should never had passed a MOT. I’ve now just had to replace the battery and was told it needs a software update too. I contacted the sales rep regarding the tyres but he didn’t want to know. Once they’ve had your money they really couldn’t care less. Awful experience with this garage.

Went in to Lookers Silverlink to see what was available. Met Pierre who asked what we were looking for, showed us a few models then managed to find the perfect match for us at another branch. He arranged everything, kept us informed and made sure everything was trouble free and easy. Very friendly, couldn’t recommend him enough! From going for a look on the Saturday to driving away with new to us car on the Thursday - fantastic
