Fantastic experience
We initially dealt with Adam by phone after seeing the T Roc Cabriolet for sale. He was extremely pleasant and gave full details about the vehicle. We sent over pictures of our MX5 which we were looking to part-ex and we agreed a deal that we were happy with within a couple of hours.
Two days later, we then made the 3 hour journey from North Wales to Teesside to collect the T Roc and hand over our part exchange.
We were initially greeted by another team member who kindly made us a drink before introducing us to Adam.
There was no pressure from Adam throughout the process and he gave us time to view the car in detail before finalising the sale.
In this day and age, when you expect a hard sell from salesman, it was such a pleasant change to deal with an open and honest member of staff who made you feel comfortable throughout the whole process.
Adam is an excellent ambassador for Lookers Teeside and I would have no hesitation in recommending him and the dealership.

Excellent Service at Lookers VW Teesside
The Lookers salesman Jack Vipont was extremely helpful and informative and listened to our requirements. Our first choice was a T-Cross and we paid a deposit on this and almost got to the stage of buying it, but after a weekend of considering things we changed our minds and asked Jack if we could test drive a T-Roc instead. He knew our requirements and had a suitable car ready for us when we arrived. This was exactly what we wanted. He took us through the sale answering all our questions and making the whole process a good experience.
