I was unable to attend the morning I…
I was unable to attend the morning I was meant to drop my vehicle in as I had to attend a funeral, Jane Skelton was very accommodating and arranged for me to drop my vehicle in the day before and bent over backwards to rearrange the loan vehicle they had booked out for me.
People expect miracles, they are a busy garage which run on procedures and I wasn't expecting miracles but honestly they went above and beyond to help.

Warranty work on grand California
Sarah Murphy ensured excellent service from my first contact to the completed work. She told me exactly what was happening and how the work would progress. I was kept informed and when the appointment needed to be rearranged due to the body shop she worked hard to rearrange a suitable time and to ensure a loan vehicle was available. During the work Sarah kept me informed and she was very happy, approachable and informative. The work completed is faultless and the van looks as new again. The guys even gave the van a really good wash before returning it.

Newcastle Vw van centre Excellent Buying Experience.
Went to see a vehicle at Newcastle VW van centre, the staff member Robert King who helped me was brilliant, helpful, knowledgeable and explained everything I needed to know. I was relaxed, felt at ease with the whole process and it was an excellent sales experience which lead me to buying the vehicle from Listers van centre Newcastle.

Excellent experience
Excellent experience. Great communication from Jane throughout. She was great, super friendly and helpful. Everyone i met that day were very welcoming and went out of there way to help me.
They are also dog friendly which always helps. Can't praise this company enough.
