Lack of communication, between dealership and customer and between them selfs, lack of attention. Everything is an excuse or not their fault. Had to go to manufacturer to force dealership into taking action.. they ignored / failed to pass on issues with my vehicle to correct department! Only care about sales, have little to no aftersales especially when it’s issues. When complaint when in about manager, he unprofessionally confronted me about the complaint

Collected a 74-plate Transporter and paid in full on 17th November 2025. I was initially delighted – until the very next morning when I discovered both front tyres were on the legal-limit wear bars.
I immediately raised this with Jon, who passed it to his manager. Richard called me and claimed the wrong vehicle had been pre-delivery inspected and that mine had somehow been missed. He offered to drive from their branch to Newcastle to collect it, replace both front tyres and “re-check” the van. This explanation did not fill me with confidence as I was told this vehicle had just been serviced on the day I collected it– the tyres were blatantly illegal; any competent technician servicing or inspecting the vehicle would have spotted them instantly.
I declined the collection because I was already considering upgrading to larger wheels. Instead, I asked if they could supply a set of genuine roof rails as a goodwill gesture and save everyone the inconvenience. The manager agreed and promised they would be delivered to my workplace. That was three weeks ago.
Since then I have received nothing but excuses and delays. Despite chasing repeatedly, the roof rails still haven’t arrived.
Dean Shaw (General Manager) emailed me three days ago saying he would resolve it “ASAP”, but I’ve heard nothing since.
In over 30 years of buying new vehicles (private and commercial), I have never experienced service this poor from a main dealer. The impression I’m left with is that once I declined their service plan and extended warranty, all interest in looking after me evaporated.
I sincerely advise anyone considering this dealership to think very carefully before committing.”
