The Loomly team was a huge help in getting us up and running. We kept getting an error message when trying to connect TikTok, but they did some research and digging and got everything working. Thanks!

Loomly is raising their prices 315% - yes you read that correctly....315%!! If we're going to be forced to pay that - we're switching to the cream of the crop...Sprout or Buffer. Don't waste your money, there are better tools at that price point.

Loomly provides a clean and user-friendly experience for managing social media content across multiple platforms. The AI assistant is useful for generating creative post ideas, captions, and campaign planning. Scheduling posts, organizing content calendars, and managing different social accounts feels simple and efficient.

It's glitchy, slow and an antiquated interface that is not intuitive. Our team does not recommend it.

It's a good tool but they don't listen to the customer: they have removed Twitter support (bad) but they haven't kept it as a manual channel that you can automate with a tool like Zapier (bad). The API access is closed to Zapier (bad), meaning you can't connect tools like n8n. They should allow creating more than one custom channel.

The new interface is horrible. Doesn't load posts and scheduled posts are not published for no reason. Plus they doubled their costs this past month.

can´t insert a link in a story and have to upload multiple stories seperatly. And can´t upload a video and an image in the same post. Things that you should be able to do with loomly.

It's fine when it works if you have problems, you will most likely figure it out before anyone helps you. In fact the help if need is no bueno.

It is helpful for batching up multimedia marketing pushes especially for someone like me who's not knowledgeable with each social media application and individually posting content through each social media platform. Equally helpful is the fact that you can create your whole pipeline and schedule everything out and it handles the postings.
