Terrible experience ordering a pair of shoes. The return window was 14-days (already a tighter return window than most companies today), but I was out of town when the shoes arrived. I attempted to return one day outside of the return window (the shoes were unworn and still in the box; they simply did not fit) and was denied by the customer service team. I would strongly recommend against anyone shopping here.

Skeptical at first about ordering. But I received the Max Mara dress in good condition with tags. It was well wrapped and neatly packaged. The price was very good.

I bought a designer bag for my wife and it was great. Came pretty quickly and packaged very nicely. Good experience

The purchase I made arrived when expected and in perfect condition. I will purchase again from Lord & Taylor as I did many years ago! The order process was very easy.

Great turnaround and the packaging was nice. My shoes were definitely top tier.

Apparently another mystery buyer has purchased lord and Taylor. It is too late. Their reputation is forever marred by the previous owners who scammed thousands out of and unknown amount of money. Set up a business selling super fake designer bags for thousands. If you bought a designer bag in the period of the last owners it is fake. I received a fake bag and the only way I got a refund was from emailing them and pretending I needed the money to purchase another bag. I fled and reported them to Gucci, the fbi and the ftc. Months later they had a formal lawsuit brought to them by Gucci. While this new company promises to fix the reputation I fear it may be too little too late.

Haven't received my order or a response to my email regarding it's status.

All scams now. Sent me no merchandise because it is listed on website but have no merchandise/ scary

My order was canceled and the only notification that I received was from my money being refunded. I was never given a reason of why my order was canceled.

They canceled my order without any explanation or reason and without notifying as to why. This would've been my first time ordering from them, and this has made hesitant to try them out again. I'm highly disappointed.

DO NOT SHOP ON THIS WEBSITE! THE OWNER, JACK SAADIA/SAADIA GROUP, IS IN MULTIPLE LAWSUITS DUE TO NO PAYMENT AND THE JUDGE ORDERED ALL MERCHANDISE TAKEN AND GIVEN TO THE PLAINTIFF! THIS IS A HUGE SCAM READ IT ON LINE!!!! YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING AND AFTERPAY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY! WHY DO YOU THINK AFTERPAY IS THE ONLY OPTION?! HMMMMMMM RUN RUN RUN FROM THIS WEBSITE!

The website is user friendly, I was able to find the merchandise I wanted easily.
I paid using a buy-now-pay-later format, something I have never done before and had no problem with it.
I'm just waiting for my order to be delivered.

I purchased something online and it was canceled so unfortunately didn't have the experience I wish my purchases would have went through but now don't have good thoughts

My money was refunded! That’s how I found out it was cancelled. I was not given a reason why.
