Love Cuba were brilliant from start to finish. Great advice given. Best hotels chose for us. Brilliant trips organised for us. Highly recommend.

Thank you to Laura and Charmaine for our fabulous holiday to Cuba. Obviously we'd heard a lot of bad things about conditions on the island but we saw NONE of it. Havana was vibrant, fun and noisy. Varadero was peaceful, warm and friendly. We could have been on any Caribbean island (and we've been to a few). We probably won't go back, cos we've done it now, but I can't recommend the experience highly enough. We loved it.

My travel consultant, Alexandra was amazing!
From one phone call, she knew exactly what my family (six adults) wanted for our first trip to Cuba.
Unfortunately, two weeks before we were due to leave, the FCDO advised against travel to Cuba. This did not faze Alexandra, she turned around a new wonderful holiday less than 48 hours later to Dominican Republic. The added complication was two members of the family coming from another country, again this did not deter Alexandra.
Her organisational skills, her patience, her dedication, her knowledge, her friendliness all added to her being simply the best travel consultant ever!

Organised our perfect holiday to Cuba and LoveCuba were always helpful and responsive. I would recommend Hotel O'Farrill and Jibacoa Memories.

After our initial enquiry, Laura tailored the two week trip to suit our interests exactly. Unfortunately the crisis in Cuba bit and everything was in limbo. After we had to cancel on the 5th March we were told it could take up to 28 days to get a refund.
We received our refund the next day.
Great communication all the way through from them, I hope the situation doesn’t impact their business too much.
We will gladly look forward to booking future holidays with them.

Very helpful company, Charmaine was a pleaure to deal with. The trip, unfortunately, was cancelled on Home Office advice and I had an immediate response from Charmaine regarding a refund.

So… the UK FCDO advised against all essential Travel to Cuba on the evening of Thursday the 12th of February.
Our holiday had to cost over £10,000, and I was extremely worried wondering if I would ever see any of my money again.

However, A huge thanks to Laura at Love Cuba, Who was calm, reassuring, and most helpful.
Today the 16th of February she confirmed that we would have a full refund within 28 days.
I was dreading months of arguments, excuses and having to go to ABTA or through the courts to get my refund.

This company has certainly showed its metal by being so decent. Such a rarity nowadays. We will certainly be back to make another booking once the restrictions are lifted.
Come on, folks … Let’s unite and help the people of Cuba, and prove to Trump that he can’t bully the entire world!!!

I have been trying to get back to cayo coco since 2020 after the covid period. My wife and I have been 6 times before and we love it there. I found Love Cuba on line and sent a enquiry. They replied and have been very helpful. They found me a holiday and I have booked to go. Laura was great and I would recommend getting in touch with them if you are wanting to go back to cayo coco in the future.

We booked a holiday with Laura Thomas, who was amazing, it took several weeks to get the perfect package to Cuba.

We were informed due to a factor which they could not control yesterday, our holiday was cancelled, due to Air Transat cancelling all flights to cuba for the next several weeks due to the embargo of fuel to the country, thanks to an complete IDIOT.

Laura spent hours trying to find us another deal, and spent countless calls and emails to me, and i the end between us we found another holiday at very short notice.

Another operator were cheaper than Love Cuba, but Laura was able to match the price, and ONLY BECAUSE of Laura's amazing service we were never going to book with anyone else, as she had work so hard trying to get a resolution and a very happy customer. If only all companys were a customer focused as these guys, we would all be very lucky

Shyama was excellent to deal with.
I was typically busy/distracted when making the initial enquiry, but Shyama was quick to understand my budget, needs and to make very clear suggestions.
All follow-up info/emails were clear and concise and I felt supported throughout the whole process.
10/10 would recommend.

Love Cuba went above and beyond to make this a fabulous trip for myself and my friend on our 65th birthdays.
The information provided beforehand was very complete and we had all the answers to our questions.
They called us immediately when we got confused in France (!) and the reps in Havana and Varadero were both very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend the excellent and knowledgeable company.

Where do i start! we went on a tour with love Cuba and stayed in the following hotels The Inglaterra Havana loud music from the front of the hotel and the roof terrace made this hotel unbearable. The Los Jazmines Vinales the only saving grace of this hotel are the stunning views from the balcony as it is a complete dump. Then we were stunned by The Mystique Trinidad La Poppa an amazing hotel with massive rooms in wonderful setting and fianaly The Grand Aston Varadero supposed ly the newest hotel in the resort but definitely not the best. The room smelt very musty on entering a smell which lingered for our 5 day stay. It had 2 beds one of which had stains both on the top cover and sheet during our stay all our clothes were constantly damp in the wardrobe and the beach at this hotel is awful full of rubbish and the hotel location is very isolated. Despite this Cuba is amazing my suggestion to travellers is pick a nice centrally located hotel in Varadero and do all the other parts of Cuba on day trips.
