We Love Love Water!
We have been using this service since August 2024. We love the water, it tastes very crisp and clean. The price and quality of their products can't be beat!
They have a no fee delivery every month that works perfectly with our schedule. Their customer service is fast and efficient. The drivers are very nice and always asking if they can bring our full water bottles inside.
We are very happy with the services they offer!

Good evening Stephen. We are really sorry that you have received an email from us without an option to unsubscribe. This is clearly an oversight on our side, and unusual. We would like to investigate and make sure this does not occur again and wonder whether you could contact the office and ask for Lucia or Nick, who will make sure we deal with this matter to your satisfaction. Thank you. team@lovewater.com 0345 5200 820

Sarah- For always responding to my annoying emails and last min requests!
Siobhan- For bending over backwards.
Martin- For going above and beyond to make sure my urgent order is fit on the delivery.
Chris- Although you have been off for a while last year, we welcome you back with open arms. Your very attentive, from filling our kettle with the last bit of water, so it's not waisted. To not allowing me to carry the water to replace the filter. Your amazing, come back soon!
