I visited Love Your Postcode for the second time to ask Bobby Singh for some technical landlord advice while managing a property myself. Even though I’m not a customer of the agency, Bobby has always gone out of his way to offer valuable support.

On one visit, I also witnessed Bobby helping a member of the public who was deeply distressed after someone fraudulently withdrew money from his bank account. The individual had already contacted his bank but was still struggling to get the issue resolved. Bobby kindly stepped in, helping him contact the bank and offering the support he needed to try and resolve the situation.

Throughout my visits, all the staff have been incredibly welcoming and accommodating. I truly believe Bobby is an asset to the community—he’s a wonderful, dependable hub of support.
