Good price, quick delivery and good packaging

Ordered a 12v security light via ebay. Prompt delivery, good packaging. Easy to fit and connect. Super bright lamp. Would use this supplier again.

Great service from start to finish. Had exactly what I needed that I couldn’t find in stores

I bought a security light 8 months ago and it suddenly stopped working, low energy supermarket were brilliant after giving me some things to try they sent me a new one straight out. Very impressed great after sales service will certainly buy from them again.

The quickest company I have dealt with to listen and resolve a problem instantly.Well Done

I've been buying solar equipment from this company via ebay for several years now and continue to do so, because of the high quality of service and products i receive i don't look to buy anywhere else anymore, i have found all the products i have bought really good value for money.. items are always dispatched very promptly and i always receive the goods quickly.. on the rare occasion there has been a problem it has been resolved very quickly and i want to stress the only problems I've ever had are courier related and beyond the control of low energy supermarket yet they take responsibility and make good, i have actually been to site to collect in the past and been met with very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable people..what ever your solar needs you won't go wrong using this company

It arrived extremely quickly. Not used it yet but it appears to be the right product

Fair price, good quality and free speedy delivery

DO NOT ORDER!!!!
My order was missing a part & they have refused to send me the missing part.
I sent them a photo of my order and mistakenly had a product i ordered from a a different company in the photo (my mistake) but i messaged them straight after and explained that product wasn’t in my order i had ordered it from another seller and sent them proof of my order from the other company.
They then proceeded to say that this product was from them, and if i returned it they would send me my missing part. I send them multiple screenshots to prove that this product was bought from another company yet they kept saying it was from them & that they aren’t going to send me my missing part of the order. I ordered from eBay so luckily i can get my money back through eBay, but if there is any issues i will be going via the bank and getting it back that way. Customer services were blunt, came across rude and unhelpful making me out to be a lier.
I would definitely recommend NOT ordering from them and take your business elsewhere. I will also be leaving a review on their EBay page so stay clear from both

Good value and on time delivery. Product works as per spec. A good online purchase.

Excellent service, no fuss, no bother, no drama, and it wasn't even a high cost item. Speedy delivery, 3 or 4 days, even over the Xmas period. Would certainly recommend them.

Very quickly dispatched, exactly what I ordered and with a note about the company.

I bought some lamp bulbs. They arrived very promptly and are fine.

Fabulous service! Delivered within 24 hours and items easy to install - now working well. Great value and good service - thank you

I bought 2 eTRV valves. One has worked one hasn't. It just says AdAP on the display and I can't get this to change. The instructions that come with it don't mention AdAP and I can't find any further info on the site.

Excellent Service.

I ordered a Heavy Duty Timer Switch on the 4th December with an expected delivery on the 10th or 11th December, and it arrived on 5th December,

Excellent!!

I have bought a second 30A Smart (WiFi) Timer unit as a spare for the identical device I have in use already. It is a great product and works very well. Support from the company was good where the setup instructions were not as complete as they could be. I had the device up and working very quickly. All in all, great product and a good company to deal with.

When I reported that one of the LED Floodlights had stopped working purchased less than a year ago, the Low Energy Supermarket quickly dispatched a replacement without any fuss - great service!
