Just purchased my new car and the service at Tamworth Mercedes (Paul) was excellent.

Kyle Wright - superb support from start to finish. Prompt with responses by email and phone. Excellent help and knowledge when in the showroom and went over and above to support me in picking up my car on a specific date. I was travelling nearly 2 hours, had to remove my personal plate from my trade in and only recieved it on the morning of the proposed pick up. Due to myself having limited availablility to collect around the distance and work, Kyle made it as simple as possible and even came in from his annual leave to support me in the vehicle handover.

I was deal with respect and politeness also I was happy with the vericleand how it was managed so fast

Just bought a new GLC. The sales person was Greg and the experience was very smooth. Greg responded quickly and answered all my concerns.

This is the third new car I’ve bought from Mercedes bham so while I’m at it I’d also like to mention that I have had issues in the past jr it’s worth mentioning that Amy from the Service dept is outstanding.

So Greg and Amy - WELL DONE I’m happy.

Had excellent service from Mr Manna Dey who could not have been more helpful and accommodating and steered me through the process from start to finish. On topof that he is extremely polite and listened to the meandering of an old man. Can’t speak for the rest of the team as despite having a Mercedes for many years I have never used Birmingham before. Only complaint is I note before I pick up the car the petrol tank is almost empty. Bit mean!

Great experience buying a second hand car from mercedes in Birmingham. Really felt like I was picking up a brand new car with the service I got. Very pleased the car I wanted was with Mercedes Birmingham. Well worth the trip down from Dundee.

On 10/06/2026, I left my vehicle with LSH Auto Birmingham for diagnostic work relating to a gearbox/mechatronic fault. As an authorised Mercedes-Benz dealership, I expected a professional diagnosis, clear communication, and the high standard of customer service associated with the Mercedes-Benz brand. Unfortunately, my experience was the opposite.

When I collected my vehicle, I was told that the manager had left early and that I would receive the diagnostic report first thing the following morning. No report was provided.

The next day, after chasing the dealership myself, I was informed that the report had not been sent due to staff shortages and that I would receive it later that evening. Once again, nothing arrived.

More than 24 hours after collecting my vehicle, I finally received an email only to be told that no report existed. Instead, I was sent a screenshot from a diagnostic machine showing that gearbox adaptation procedures had failed.

I was advised that gearbox adaptation and valve body flushing had been attempted four times and failed on every occasion. Despite this, I was provided with no technician’s report, no written diagnosis, no fault codes, no explanation of the cause of the failure, and no repair plan.

What disappointed me most was the repeated lack of communication, failure to keep promises, and lack of accountability. I should not have had to chase for information that I was repeatedly told would be provided.

Having invested significantly in a Mercedes-Benz vehicle and extended warranty, I expected far better from an authorised Mercedes-Benz dealership.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend LSH Auto Birmingham. I hope Mercedes-Benz UK reviews the standards of customer care being provided at this dealership and takes steps to improve communication, transparency, and accountability.

Great job by the guys at LSH enquired on a used BYD with CG at Stockport and they came back to me really quickly to arrange demo and pricing

Joke this place to be honest. Booked in for a Major Service, Brake Fluid, and Transmission Service. They told me to book day off as they will need car all day. So i did. I was advised i need to take service plan out which i also did. Went to pick car up and they did not do my transmission service and tried to palm me off saying they have no oil and no other Mercedes garage has any. This was by Joel a manager. So instead of telling me at the start of the day they could not be bothered to ring me and inform. Told me i need to re-book but i can go elsewhere if i wish and pay for it.... even though they made me pay for service plan. VILE Move. Joel seems to think that the Oil could take 1-2 months to arrive but he cant guarantee it WTF. WELL ORDER IT. Today i rang Mercedes Warrington who DO in fact have OIL and will do it Monday. AVOID This branch, time wasters and BS's.

We bought an approved used car from Lsh auto Birmingham, best experience. The car in great condition. They are very clear about everything.
In starting, I was very scared after reading all bad comments in trustpilot because I really want to buy that car. But trust me, my experience is really good.
I think they just need to ask their customers to put good comments as well.
