Outstanding responsiveness, pro active understanding of and attending to our needs and attention to detail in execution

I used Lucid / David for a purchase of a property in Spain. Was a very good service and would recommend. It's pretty stressful transferring large sums cross border and David gave a very good personal service.

Would recommend!

Dave has been very helpful throughout my transfer of money from the US to the U.K. He was available to answer my questions and guide me through the process. He is friendly and reassuring. I certainly appreciated his quick responses whenever I needed him.

David was very detailed about the service, kind in his communication, engaging as a person, and helpful with as much as he could. I really enjoyed working with him and I feel like I've made a long-term connection.

I have used a range of online FX services before (Wise, etc...). I was introduced to Lucid as I needed to do a number of higher value transactions.

David has been brilliant: transparent, available, good advise,...

Overall great service and value for money. Highly recommended and would use again.

David has been great throughout the process. He has explained everything from the start in a clear manner. He has been punctual, always responsive and, overall, a wonderful professional to work with.

Great to get an understanding of the FX trends and how the markets track each other. David never uses the term, panic in the markets which I have heard several times with other FX brokers.

Great service and value. Well organised with decent tech to take the drama out of making a large currency exchange. Will never use the main clearing backs again.

What a delight to speak to someone who is friendly, professional and knows what he is talking about. quick and easy set up my account David helped me all the way and then very quick to reply to exchange rate, transfer done immediately. I will definitely recommend him to all I know.

When you are moving your life saving across the world it can be an intimidating and scary process.
David made it easy, stress free and we got the best rate.

At every step of the process David personally took the time to talk me through what was going to happen, how it was going to happen and when it was going to happen. I asked lots of stupid questions but he patiently answered them all at whatever time suited me. He stayed on the phone to make sure transfers were confirmed and took all the stress out of the situation.

I started this process thinking it was all about the exchange rate we could get but I very quickly realised it was the level of support and information that was most important. Whilst also getting the top of market rate we did.

Exceptionally helpful and honest guidance throughout the entire process, coupled with constant communications and keeping me up to date.

Transferring GBP in NOK. David made it extremely simple and easy to understand all risks / upsides of making trades. On call whenever needed. Would highly recommend.

David personally managed my FX transaction end to end. Onboarding & KYC/AML was seamless.

Dave was incredibly helpful in the setting up of my account and has been fantastic at keeping me up to date with market movements and advising me on the best course of action.

Dave made a very stressful situation so much easier, we needed to move funds quickly from the UK to Dubai and were coming up against all sorts of roadblocks not to mention the massive fees the banks were charging, using Lucid was streamlined, extremely professional and also the best value!! Would highly recommend and will be using whenever we need to move money abroad

Lucid made the process safe, smooth and easy for what could otherwise have been a nerve-wracking time. I was guided through every step and could easily access Dave at all times. The rate was good, the transfer highly secure and I knew I was in good hands - vital when transferring your life savings!

Great communication throughout and went smoothly and quickly. Would recommend.

No complications with the company. David Huggett was very helpful and friendly, answering all questions asked very clearly. The process was slower than it should have been but that was the fault of our lawyers.
The rate we exchanged at was competitive and the transfer seamless.
We would recommend Lucid Financial Markets to others.

We would just like to say what an absolute pleasure it was to deal with David from Lucid Financial Markets. Transferring the amount of money internationally to Australia that we did my anxiety levels were through the roof. David took the time to explain to us what would be happening and talked us through it step by step and just made the whole process run smoothly. I would highly recommend contacting David and using Lucid Financial Markets. Many thanks for all the help you gave us.
