Scam! I have been waiting for my order for 4 months and "customer service" refuses to be helpful. They refused to give me a phone number to call and said they can't give me a refund because it already shipped, but tracking shows it hasn't! The staus has been "shipping label created" since November! They lie on their website saying they are located in Washington USA, but it's clearly an asian country. Any attempts to communicate through email results in them skirting around the issue and avoiding questions. Don't buy from this website.

this was the worst purchasing experience ive ever had. first off the company says it in Washington its in china. they give no estimated delivery date after you purchase becausee then you'd know it was coming for china. I purchased a calendar that was advertised as a normal size but when arrived was a very small inaccurate lunar calendar. They will ignore you and then lie to you point blank. their customer service is horrible. This company has also changed its name numerous times. Do not expect paypal to support the buyer they always back the seller and waste an enormous amount of time trying to :"resolve" it which means giving the seller every protection. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AND DO NOT USE PAYPAL TO DO IT.

This company is not located in the United States as advertised. Your items will not arrive as promised or not at all. They will refuse to give you a refund and will not take returns. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Very deceptive and unethical.

If I could have I would've given a negative 10 stars. Please don't make the same mistake I did by ordering from these scammers. This is not a legit company. I placed an order in October and still have not received my order. SCAMMERS DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I’ve never gotten such junk in my life. On top of that, everything was packaged very poorly, not labeled or boxed like normal merchandise; just thrown in plastic shipping bags. I would be totally embarrassed to give any of this as gifts. The pictures and descriptions on their website are misleading, sometimes completely false. For example, the “stained glass bird window hanging” is plastic with a blurry bird image printed or pasted on, does not even include the suction cup.

This is a scam please read reviews before ordering do not order from this company it is all fake the website is fake they will not send you your products they just take your money I ordered my stuff on October 29 I ordered the coffee and I paid over $60 for it they sent me a confirmation email and then I paid 399 for Xpress shipping and it was supposed to be 5 to 9 business days for it to be to my house but after it being over nine business days I sent them an email stating that I have not received my products and that I would like a refund and I have not received anything back and now after reading the other reviews I realize that I've been scammed so that was $63 down the drain I should have listened to my bank whenever my first card my bank card that I tried to pay for it the first time would not pay for it because it tried to say that it was like it shut it down saying it was you know out of the country or something that should've been a red flag but instead I just decided to use my cash app card and then that worked so I gave him $63 basically and I'm not gonna get it back so lesson learned please do not order from this company I don't see why this website is still even up this is crazy like somebody needs to take this down because this is not right I mean how much money are they rocking in on a daily basis they are taking everyone's money and that's wrong.

It’s a scam, the entire website. Do not buy a thing. Or watch your money disappear. Website should be taken down!

I was told it was being sent to delivery company then was told that I had been refunded um if u had been refunded I wouldn't have emailed don't shop with them at all they will steal the money you sent and not send products. If they don't have the product why not state it in there web page. Paid for product July 20th I wouldn't give them a star if I could have that choice thumbs down to them. Luckmise.com dodge them

Scam!!! I never received the order. Same story as everyone else. No email response. I blew them up on Facebook, Twitter, and tik tok. Nothing no response to emails. I turned them into my bank for days. Do not buy.

Purchased product and after weeks of not receiving my order, I sent an email and was told the system automatically cancels orders that are out of stock and would receive my refund. 4 weeks later, still no refund (yes, I also contacted the card company and there is nothing pending). I sent 3 more emails asking about my refund and received the exact same message as the first.

The coffee ☕ that they claim is a special enzyme coffee for weight loss doesn't work & the product's they claim do special things do NOT!!! I ordered from luckmise on February 7th & didn't receive my order until April 23rd!!! Once received I immediately opened it & made the coffee & put it inside my new $30 mug that supposedly stirs itself & it didn't work, even after a several hours charge it still didn't work & I'd already been in contact weekly with someone due to my order taking nearly 3 months to arrive, so I immediately let luckmise know that my mug didn't work & she asked for pictures first which I sent then she asked for videos 2 weeks later which I sent then 3 wks later asked for more videos which I sent, it's been over 1 month & a half since I last heard from her constantly sending emails to see if I could get a new mug & no response to any emails!!! This has been an ongoing issue since February 7 months of dealing with this bogus scamming business & I still can't get my issue resolved, and I didn't even ask for a refund, I just wanted a new blue mug that I paid $30 for but now I want to spread the word to help others from getting scammed as well so caution ⚠️⚠️⚠️
