I got a Lucky Brand denim jacket as a present for Christmas - didn't fit, it had a tag still on it, I took it to a Lucky Brand store to exchange for something that did fit. Imagine my surprise when I was told they would NOT take it back, apparently it was purchased at another store - It was A LUCKY BRAND jacket - they won't honor their own merchandise! And their sizing is ALWAYS off, you cannot count on them. NEVER AGAIN!!

Do not buy these clothing from Lucksstudio. I did buy the sweat suits and its nothing like the pictures. Top Size too small and bottom too long and material too thick. Catch is returns has to be shipped back to China only. It cost over $150+ to ship to China. Plus I think they go by SASA too. Plan to throw it out and still try to get my refund back. Sad they taken advantage of us and do not even care. Save your money buy only from US stores that take returns.

Wow, I wish I had read these reviews before shopping online. Huge mistake. Everything already said here is true. You better hope you don't need to return anything or better yet that you actually recieve you items (part of mine were shipped to an address in another state) or that they aren't broken. Also all jewlery is incredibly cheap so don't bother.

The majority of the time that I attempt to order from Lucky Brand site, either my item disappears from the cart when I check out, or I click on an item and it won't go to my cart. I've addressed this with customer service in the past and have gotten nowhere. I've been a loyal store/retail customer for their brand for years, but I am done, especially given their dismissal of customer concerns. So much for customer loyalty and company pride. Thanks for stepping up Lucky Brand.

Placed an online order which arrived incorrectly and did NOT reflect pictures. Decided to keep it anyways and the leather dye began fading. Returned item due to quality and they claim to need at least 2 weeks to issue refund once received. Their quality and service used to be excellent. Now, it is atrocious!!!!

I have worn a pair of rain booties approximately 10 times and they have multiple places where the shoes is coming away from the sole. My interactions with customer service were terrible. No one in the store or over the phone would help to make this right. I will never shop at this store again. Their product was not worth the price.

The customer service at the Burlington mall is one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. The woman who is the manager has no idea what she’s doing. They ordered me a complete wrong size on the website in the store that arrived. It’s unfortunate because I actually really like the jeans there but I won’t go back in there again if she’s working there. They really need to train these people better

Diabolical company - avoid at all cost. Appalling, lazy and rude customer service (?!) who refuse to help. They will not provide return details or a refund on faulty products and now ignore all emails. Shameful

Placed an order with Lucky brand on 9/1/21. On the 9th, no shipping email came so I contacted them via chat. Chat says the order number did not exist, despite the email confirmation containing the number and all items ordered (with pricing). I was told that they would price match, but they would not resubmit order via chat and provided me with a phone number. Over the phone, they refused to price match the order and offered me 10% off. They offer 15% on the website! I insisted to speak to someone higher, and the “manager” would only offer 20% off and absolutely nothing else (including an apology). There were 4 items that are now out of stock. Pitiful poor business practices have lost them many customers!

Dreadful company. I would echo what has been said elsewhere here. I ordered a jacket, which arrived weeks after they had taken my money. It was the wrong size so I contacted them to arrange a return and an exchange. Their replies were sporadic and very poorly written. Their assertion was that because I had ordered the wrong size, the fault lay with me. While they were prepared to accept a return – without telling me where they were, other than in China – they told me I would have to pay for the shipping, that it would cost more than the original order, and that it probably wouldn't arrive anyway so they would not be able to refund me. Meanwhile, they were offering me discount codes on my next order ('EDM25' for 25%, and 'EDM20' for 20%, if anyone is interested), and advising me I could pass the jacket on to family or friends! Do not deal with this appalling, fly-by-night operation.

Ordered 2 pairs of dungarees. After several months I tried to cancel my order and was told it was in production so I couldn't. One set eventually arrived and it looked like a child's dressing up costume. The material was shiny and thin, despite claiming on the website to be 100% cotton. The stitching looked like someone's first attempt at making a Halloween costume. I complained to both them and PayPal and despite the terrible quality and the fact that only 1 of my 2 items ever arrived, I had no option to return it or get a refund. Complete scam. Avoid avoid avoid!

I bought the attached purse for my girlfriend this last Christmas (2020). It has already started chipping and the strap doesn’t stay attached to the purse on one side. It constantly falls off of her shoulder while in use. Her things have scattered over the floor a few times while out. I have attached pictures and the receipt. I researched quite a bit before I bought a purse to see what leather purse was the best bang for your buck and that will hold up. Unfortunately, so far we have been quite disappointed. What good is a purse that will not stay on her shoulder??? We were told that since we didn’t bring it up within 6 months of purchase that there was nothing they could do about it. We should consider taking it up with the retailer we purchased it from, who didn’t make the purse. We were offered a 25% off coupon to the online store. Seemed very generic I will never buy another Lucky Brand product. It was poor quality and even poorer customer service backing of there product.

Absolutely disgusting company to try and deal with. Very poor quality products. Sizes are completely inaccurate. No options to return. Won't reply to emails. Wish I'd of checked before ordering and paying. If there was an option to score less than 1 star that's what I'd score. Totally fed up with this company. Should not be allowed to trade!

Did not receive items purchased.. They claim it was shipped and delivered and told me via e-mail it was "on me" Do not do business with them. You have been warned!

Nothing was delivered. I have sent emails to find my order or get back my money. No one has reached out to me. Don't purchase from this site. Scam.

I've purchased 3 henley Shirts and one pair of black jeans from Lucky Brand in the past 18 months. I take care of them exactly as instructed, just like I do with all of my clothes. However, my Lucky Brand clothes fall apart within a couple of months of medium to light wear. THAT IS UNNACCEPTABLE FOR CLOTHING ITEMS. My henleys thin, stretch, and warp in barely 6 months of wear. I wash them on cold and delicate, and lay them flat to air dry as instructed, so as to not stretch the fabric while drying. However, the shirts stretch, thin, and warp anyway. My jeans are only washed about once month and are washed on delicate, and are either air dryed or tumble dried on delicate, yet the fabric is already falling apart and dethreading all over the place. Dethreading everywhere. Oh, and the shirts pill like no tomorrow after they start thinning and stretching.

My aunt recommended this brand to me, but I wouldn't recommend Lucky Brand to anyone. Their clothes look nice and pretty, but they are as frail as wet tissue paper and barely last half a year of light to medium wear. Don't buy Lucky Brand if you value your money, your time, and your clothing.

I wrote a review about Lucky Road, but apparently Trustpilot contacts the company about your review. I see they have changed the name of the company to Lucky Brand and they are offering unsuspecting fools a discount on merchandise they will never see.

I have contacted PayPal about receiving a refund, but Lucky Road told PayPal my order was mailed. When I contacted the company they could not give me a tracking a number. I emailed two more times and received out of office emails back. My last email to them resulted in their supplier being out of stock. PayPal is investigating, I am very disappointed in PayPal’s service and will probably stop using PayPal from now on.

Under no circumstances order from Lucky Road, Lucky Brand or whatever name they are using on any given day

Keep in mind a reputable company does not withdraw money from your account until they mail your merchandise. Lucky Road withdrew their funds immediately. They have been using my money for two months while I sit here with no merchandise getting the run around from them and PayPal. Nothing they are selling is worth risk. Find a reputable vendor who sells in the USA.

July 14, I filed a claim with PayPal and Lucky Brand aka Lucky Road or whatever name they are going by now sent me a fake a tracking number claiming my order had been delivered back in April. The problem is they gave me all these fake stories, I never receive the merchandise and the tracking number had they wrong zip code. If your are going to conferfeit get the numbers right. I see that Apple will not accept payment from them anymore. Geez, I wonder why.

I reiterate, stay away from this company. Nothing they are selling is worth the nightmare you are going to encounter trying to get your merchandise or a refund.

Ordered a swing lounger £66, and was sent a nowt (empty bag ? with screwed up paper in !!),, Avoid BUY LUCKY brand" looks like a court case to get a refund, so angry.

Bought a pair of shoes and they broke first wear. Now they refuse to refund on the item unless I return it to China at my own expense. Scammers. Avoid at all costs.

Poor quality and customer service. I purchased a jacket back in December and wore it about 10 times. At the end of the season, I washed the jacket on gentle per instructions and one of the seams split open.

So I reached out to customer service. I initiated the conversation with Shaunae. She asked for the order number and then abruptly ended the chat before I had a chance to respond. I initiated the chat again, but this time it was Ian. After explaining the situation, he said there was nothing Lucky can do since it was beyond the 60 day return window and further they don’t accept any products that were worn anyway. I thought Lucky was considered a premium brand that stood behind their quality, but now I know otherwise.
