A black eye in the gaming industry
A black eye in the gaming industry. I have enjoyed gaming for over 40 years. I am not what you would call a high roller or even a frequent player, playing a couple 3 times a month. Win or lose doesn't matter all that much as it even out over time. I look at it as no different than going out to dinner or drinks. This is one of the very few times I can tell you that I found nothing enjoyable about the experience, and I believe the first time I have ever felt the need to leave negative comments in a public forum. The games titles or providers were not the issue , there were games I enjoy and have played on different occasions . The return in game was pretty standard, but all 4 games were exceedingly difficult to get into the standard bonus games. That was a little frustrating as was the amounts the bonuses paid $28, $30 and $13. While the machines werent hitting that very well could have been isolated to me and at that point was a non issue. After experiencing a couple of game malfunctions I decided to just play my pot to either where i was able to cash out or zero it out. The last game was quite glitchy and as I got down to my last dollar, I hit a bonus. With the minimum cash out being $50 I was hoping to hit just an average bonus and cash out. That was the $13 hit after about 150 spins lol. I took a couple more spins and the game locked up completely saying I needed to contact support. I was actually ok with that, figuring I could tell them about the issues and see if I could just have them cash out the little amount at that point. Easier said than done, as clicking support resulted in nothing happening for about several minutes. When I did get through and past the bot, I was greeted by a message which said we will be back Monday morning to check out messages and get back to you via email. Saturday night at 8pm Eastern, and noone is there. It was then that I felt like I had been hustled, like someone had tightened the machines for a nice weekend payoff, with no regard for the people they call customers. While I have never been an advocate of strict govt regulation of the gaming industry, it's situations such as this that practically demand it. If you are going to allow your customers to deposit money 24/7, and require they follow your terms and conditions to the letter, or risk forfeiting any winnings, you should at least have someone available to help them do that.
