I ordered two different types of your amazing mercury glass ornaments. They are beautiful beyond my expectations, shipping was quick, packaging was perfect, and prices were WONDERFUL!

I purchased the lotus flower tealight holder which looked incredibly beautiful on the site. When I received it there were blemishes all over every one of the lights. Next time you try to sell something you should definitely have an accurate picture on your website. Very unhappy with them...

I found an array of beautiful capiz shell lotus-shaped candle holders at Luna, more reasonably priced than anywhere else I had looked online. I particularly liked that your phone number was readily available to me, which meant that I was able to speak directly with two or more friendly and attentive representatives of the company, of whom Dennis deserves special mention for his willing helpfulness toward me in answering my questions relating to the items I was seeking. I ended up purchasing something like eight of the pretty holders -- with absolutely ZERO "buyer's remorse"!

I ordered seven candle holders (it wasn't even a large order) from lunabazaar.com and they arrived fast. Two of the candle holders were damaged. I called the phone number listed on the package slip and they quickly shipped me a replacement for one and at my request gave me a refund on the other one. They were very very nice and professional. I think it was the best online service I have ever received. 5 stars is not enough. Thank you luna bazaar for a well ran company who cares about their customers and excellent service.

Luna Bazaar is located in Vermont. I needed to make a specific request:
that they send me votive cups with larger openings. I never
expected them to call me back and so sweetly see to it. I only needed two
more votives , so certainly it was not a big order.
It came promptly, well protected with wrappings and bubble wrap. The cups they selected for me were perfect. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I really love my paper umbrellas very good quality and price. Highly recommended Thank you Luna Bazaar!!!
