I recently tried the Snow Fairy bath bomb and it turned my skin pink and brought me out in a very itchy rash. Far too severe!

Had a lovely experience at lakeside shopping centre lush, as I was met with Nicole who was very knowledgeable and helped find specific products relative to my situation. Communication was outstanding explaining every ingredient and what effect they have on your skin.

In addition, she made us aware of partnerships and charitable contributions avaliable which opened our eyes to steps that the company is taking to help our communities. For example recycling as you can bring in empty used tubs and get 50p for each which give people the incentive to recycle.

I am very happy with the service provided by Nicole and would love to come back again!!

Need to train there staff better coming out and having a go at people doing their lawful protesting in the town , my family and friends will avoid this place

Review for Victoria – Lush, Bromley Glades

I just had to write in about Victoria at your Bromley Glades store because honestly the experience she gave us was just brilliant and I didn't want it to go unnoticed.
I came in with my three kids — which as any parent knows can make shopping a bit of a challenge — but Victoria was absolutely fantastic with all of us from the moment we walked over to her. She was warm, fun and just had this brilliant way of making everyone feel included, kids and adults alike.
She took so much time with us, showing us loads of different products and actually letting us try them properly. It never felt salesy at all, it just felt like she genuinely wanted us to find things we'd love. She set up this amazing glitter station for the kids and honestly it was such a lovely touch — they were completely in their element and so was I!
Because of how she approached everything I ended up buying way more than I planned to, but I didn't mind one bit because she'd shown me why each thing was worth it. That's a rare skill and she made it look effortless.
Victoria is honestly the reason I'll be coming back to that store. She made it such a positive memorable experience for the whole family. Please make sure she gets recognised for this — she was just outstanding and you're lucky to have her.

We had our daughter’s party in the Norwich branch today - hosts Alex and Lola were fantastic! From start to finish all the girls were captivated and loved making bath bombs and playing games. Parents also had a hand & arm massage which was a lovely added extra (all included in the party package). Amazing value for money and the party bags were amazing. Highly recommended lush parties and lush in general, lovely staff who kept coming over to ensure we were all ok. Thank you lush Norwich for making my daughters party so special 🌟 Alex and Lola, you are a credit to the store.

We’ve been visiting the lush in Glasgow for the last 2 years and the staff is always amazing, helpful without being pushy and just always very enthusiastic and friendly. It’s beautiful shop and you can tell the staff love working there.
Last Sunday, the staff at the Glasgow shop gave my fairy loving daughter Amelia an amazing experience in store, the girls were so fabulous and thoughtful we were just blew away by their kindness. She had her makeup done (sorry I didn’t catch your name) then made bath bombs with Isla, who I believe organised this experience for my daughter with the help of other staff members (and her grandparents).
We left feeling very special, and of course we bought some goodies too.
Thank you to Isla and the staff at the Glasgow store, we truly appreciate what you did. Until next time!

Hi I just wanted to write a review for your Southampton Westquay UK. branch of Lush, specifically for Jesse a wonderful member of staff who helped me find my perfect fragrance. Jesse is so knowledgeable and friendly she spoke to me with such enthusiasm about scents she liked and wore, without even knowing that I myself work with fragrance. Her enthusiasm was a breath of fresh air and so lovely to see. Her customer service is A* and such a sweetheart. I will be coming back to shop instore

Today I was shopping in your store in the Trafford Centre and this amazing worker called prat was very kind and helpful he even showed me the gift sets and the most bought bath bombs and bath bars please make sure he could possibly see this thank you ever so much

Lush earned their five stars today, we received our lush package unfortunately damaged in transit. As lush package’s environmentally friendly this does sometimes happen. I called the customer care number listed on their website and got put through within a minute to a really lovely representative called “Zoë R”.

She was really understanding and immediately offered to help us, I sent over a few pictures of the damage and right away she offered us three options, a full refund, a full replacement, or in store credit.

I went for the replacement option, and Zoë was kind enough to upgrade our delivery to next working day so we received our proper order next day delivery and didn’t have to wait. I can’t speak for everyone’s experience but I can say Zoë was incredibly helpful, and if the other representatives are the same then I can only imagine we’re dealing with a company that genuinely cares about their customers. And just to make it clear, 7 minutes from point of call to send images, review images and have a full replacement shipped, great effort.

Bought a facial mask and not only did it have “hair” in it but smelt OFF !! Then sticker was placed over another with different date ??
If I wasn’t going on holiday next day I would have taken it back . Bought other products and only good thing was the face cloth ..

A mothers day workshop at bluewater store. My friend and i went along for some fun to make a bathbomb, Jayden and Aran were great hosts, interacting and helping the children. They made it a fun experience and well worth the money. Being we were mums they gave us a lovely sample to take away. I have booked my 55th birthday in july. The staff at bluewater are polite, knowledgeable, friendly and genuinely show an interest in helping their customers.

What a wonderful experience visiting the Lush store in Nottingham city centre today. From the friendliest of staff to the impressive knowledge of their products, they completely made our trip worth every penny.
A special thanks to the lovely assistants that entertained our 2 year old lady with sign language, lots of smiles and great customer service.

I hate complaining about Lush as of their pro Palestinian products which is for a good cause.

However, they have a poor customer service. Members of staff in the Canterbury branch have mocked my hairloss I have patchy hair loss ( due to stage one Cancer ) and in the past lied about the shop being okay with me washing my hair in the sink to try a shampoo.

Even when their staff mock people with long term health conditions customer service always takes their staffs point of view over the customers, the very people making them a business to begin with.

I am not buying anymore of their over priced products apart from maybe their shampoo bars. I have since gone to Holland and Barrett for my organic products, and they tend to use lesser harsh sulfates too.

Visited lush liveroool yesterday and had the best staff interaction ! My daughter is neuro divergent and had the best chat with Dylan ( fellow neuro spicy I belive ) Dylan took the the time to chat all things lush ( fab knowledge ) and also a little about her hobbies which were thw same as my daughters ! LUSH LIVERPOOL PLEASE LOOK AFTER DYLAN ! hehhehe they are amazing ! A true credit to your company xxx

I placed an order online for 4 massage bars. When I received my order today it contained three massage bars and a free sleep mask (which I don't want).

I tried the live chat on their website and that went nowhere, so I tried emailing them. I got an automated response asking for photos of the invoice, the box, and the contents. I tried to send the photos and got a response from Outlook saying that Lush has identified my email as spam so it can't be sent. I've tried emailing Lush about this but seeing as they now think my emails are spam I can't contact them, it's infuriating!
