Horribly rude employee, do not recommend
Fraudsters! Luxdeco took my payment of £1,970.00 for lighting and a desk in March, when they knew they were going into administration. Surprise, surprise, I never received the items.
How can you take payments for goods when you know you will not send them to people? In my opinion, this is fraud.
Took the money, but excuses and same generated email about delayed delivery every time.
Terrible company.
Terrible experience, took the money for a product they couldn't deliver.
Excuses after excuses eventually the money was returned and no product.
I have all the email correspondence to back this up.

Order placed 26 Oct 23 for table lamps and lantern total £2,741.
Delivery delayed, then delayed further.
I cancelled the order on 18th Dec 23, on 19th Dec LuxDeco confirmed refund to follow. I chased refund for two months - nothing.
I asked Barclays Fraud and Disputes Dept. to help. I received full payment into my account on 29th April.
Well done Barclays - I was lucky.

We placed an order and found out it couldn't be delivered pre-Christmas. It has now been 4 MONTHS and they have failed to refund us despite repeated phone calls and emails. I would love to know why they are attempting to steal our money and how we can get it back.
Never delivered my order or refunded my money back
It took a long time to recieve everything I ordered. Further, no complaints.

High-end furniture ecommerce brand Luxdeco entered administration on 15th March.
Gary Shankland, Kevin Murphy and Paul Appleton, all of Begbies Traynor (London) LLP, were appointed joint administrators on the same date.
The affairs, business and property of Luxdeco Ltd are now being managed by the administrators, reads a statement on Luxdeco's website: "The administration moratorium provides a ‘breathing space’ during which we will assess whether a rescue of the company is feasible.
"At present, we are unable to fulfil orders and will not for the time being, be accepting any new orders. If you are owed money by the company, you should complete a proof of debt form to lodge your claim in the administration."
Two trays ordered 9 months ago have not arrived, I kept getting told they was a distribution issue. Now i see the the company is in administration - total waste of time
Absolutely appalling service If I could rate less than 1 star I would, Despite a promise that 2 lamps I ordered would be shipped within a week 4 weeks after the official order they then said they could not do so. That was in January. Despite numerous attempts to get my refund I eventually had to get it back through my credit card provider. Would not touch them again with a bargepole.
Despite calling and emailing and being promised my refund each time, nothing is forthcoming. If you manage to get hold of someone it is a miracle and even then you can't believe the promises they make about your goods or your refund being received. I ordered 2 items (chandelier and Eichholtz ace bowl) order no. 64121 and after months of no updates I found them both available on other websites so told them I wanted to cancel and to process a refund for me. Shannon informed me on 13 January by email that my refund would take 14 days and believe me I am still waiting for it despite numerous email, phone calls and a lot of stress. So glad that karma is a thing because this company are crooks and the people working there are liars and stealing from good honest people. Hope you all rot in hell as you all deserve it, lying, cheating dishonest people. Hope you get it all back 7 x what others and I have experienced.
Appalling service! 6 months on item not delivered. Said they would provide a refund which has never arrived. Have emailed multiple times to chase it up and all emails now going totally ignored. Will be pursuing my money back through legal routes!! Crooks!
They did not send me cushions there was no contact e-mail address and the phone line was not working. These guys are cowboys. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
I ordered my items 2 months ago and after giving me multiple excuses of "logistical challenges", "operational issues", "Internal delays within our backlog", it seems it was all a lie because they have just posted an announcement on Instagram saying they are going into administration. So what does this mean? I won't get my money back? Why continue to sell to clients if they could not deliver? I spent more than £2500! Thieves.
Terrible after sales service
This company has very poor customer service. My goods are faulty. I have contacted the company several times ABX they do not reply. I have now escalated on my own. My advice is do not use this company.
Order placed in January, was chasing it all throughout February and March (limited and unhelpful responses from the customer support) until I learnt on 15th Mar the business entered into the administration. Would love to make the money back and have contacted the administrators to see how to proceed. Avoid - the business and wherever the founders of this business will emerge.
This is my second review, wrote the first earlier last year and after threatening legal action, and 4 months later, I got our money back for our company (was owed about £8k). I fear a lot of people are probably going to be without! Their company accounts make for sore reading. Also, Jonathan Holmes has his dirty fingers in so many pies it’s disgusting. Looks like he has set up another company in February called LD Collection - so be aware. God knows if he is going to try hide behind that and start up again! Just reach out the the Administrators or your credit card company to either be listed as an unsecured creditor, or if you paid with a credit card a full refund as I can’t see anyone buying this company it’s so far in the red! And they haven’t even posted this years accounts yet they kept extending them which is a telling sign!!
