I purchased two bed sheet sets that arrived in damaged packaging and did not appear to match the product description.
When I attempted to return the items, I experienced repeated delays and inconsistent information. After initiating a dispute with my credit card company, I was eventually issued a return label and returned all items. The company later claimed that one set was not returned, which is incorrect. I have proof of shipment and correspondence supporting the full return.
I also attempted to leave a review but found that customer feedback appears to be company controlled, limiting the ability to post a balanced or critical review.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

I ordered the wrong color sheets and they respectfully responded to my request and made sure to send me the color I meant to order. Very respectful and great quality sheets

I am so happy to have found LEL. They did not pop up right away in my Google research on sheets and comforters and I feel lucky to have spotted them when they did. Their products are great and affordable. I am so happy and comfortable in my bed! Plus customer service is
excellent. I bought for myself and liked the products so much I bought everything again for my daughter for Christmas.

I received great customer service. I had an issue with the wrong sheets being sent to me. I threw them into the washer before I realized they weren't the ones I ordered. I offered 50% of the cost of the set I wanted, being that I couldn't return the first set, and they shipped them out right away. Most appreciated.

I placed an order for luxury linens on December 2nd, expecting fast delivery and reliable customer service. Instead, I have received no product, no meaningful updates, and absolutely no customer support to resolve the issue.
The most frustrating part: I attempted to resolve this directly, but I received no clear status, no timeline, and no accountability from the company. I have also tried to involve my credit card company, and the dispute process has been equally exhausting.
This was a simple order. It should not take this much effort to get a product delivered — or even to get a straight answer. At this point, the entire situation feels avoidable, unprofessional, and deeply frustrating.
I am posting this review so other customers are aware of the lack of transparency and responsiveness. I am still hoping this company will resolve the matter, and I will update this review if they do. Until then, I cannot recommend them.

I had an incredibly positive experience with Luxury Egyptian linens. I had ordered something bu accident and the customer service representative was extremely helpful and made the process as easy as it could be. Mark, the service representative went out of his way to work with me. I will order from this company in the future and tell all mu friends that they should go to this company for their needs.

The customer service was better than most I've ever had. I work in a customer service role and have do so for over 20 years. Amazing people here and very above board.

I love this company and their products and customer service. We ordered a comforter and it was too warm for our environment. I reached out to the customer service and they immediately exchanged it for a perfect lighter weight comforter. Their prices are reasonable, their quality is superior and their customer service is unmatched. If you have any issues, contact them diirectly and they will always put the customer first. I highly highly recommend them! And if you want a lighter weight comforter for warm climates, please request! They know exactly what to do! I give not 5 but 10 stars!

I ordered the Heavyweight Velvet Curtain Rod Pocket Panels (Set of 2) in Dec 2023 my room was freezing as it snows here and gets down to 13 degrees. These drapes are really heavy and beautiful. Very well made. In Nov of 24 I moved and ordered them in a longer version. I just love them!! I wanted to have that beautiful drape so I hung them a little low but my dog keeps coming through that area and messing it all up LOL Today 10/25 I am ordering them again in another color. They drape beautifully, complete black out and keep my room really warm. I am a customer for life!!

You will not regret buying these sheets. They’re the best sheets me and my wife have ever had. It’s hard to beat the best and it’s a first class company to deal with you can’t go wrong so go ahead and buy a set….

I've been waiting s few years to have the extra cash to splurge on a nice down comforter. I had this website saved as a bookmark as I had come across the one I wanted about 2 years ago, it's been quite awhile. I finally ordered and received my Hungarian down comforter this past week. I absolutely love this comforter. I will order another one, just to have another one I love it that much. Bedding and linens have always been something I love. When life changes and you can't necessarily enjoy some of the finer things you used to, you appreciate it much more when you finally can.

This comforter is like a cloud and I love it!

So far--and this may change. I ordered their cotton blend sheets thinking there would be a little poly or something to make them no-iron. When they came, the label said 100% cotton. I called and couldn’t get an answer. Then I emailed, asking how to get a no charge return. When they emailed me, nothing was said about the possibility of a no charge return. The next email said that their provider no longer had the blend shets and if I would keep them they would refund 30% of what I paid. Since it might have cost at least $20 to return, because shipping has increased a lot, I decided to keep them. Haven’t used them yet.

Luxury Egyptian Linens is a scam. They sell complete junk and don’t answer the phone or email.
