Delivered within 2 days. Well packaged. Screens needed to be cut (width-wise) to fit between 2 legs of our 3m x 3m gazebo and this was easily done with a jigsaw. Very pleased with the end result.

From the very beginning the staff at Luxury Screens were so helpful.......explaining to me how I could choose any colour for my screen from a RAL chart. Once I had chosen and put my order in I was kept informed every step of the way. My new screen arrived yesterday and I am absolutely thrilled with it. Good decorative screens and a good price with quick delivery. The only thing is they are plain with no texture on them so will show marks i would imagine. Time will tell .

Fairly quick delivery. But on opening the packaging we found that the screen had a chip in it. After contacting the company and sending photos in an email, they claimed it must have been damaged in transit. They offered a £25 refund which I accepted .

Really want to give a 5 star review as the website, the choice, the comms, speed and delivery was top notch but, and it’s my fault for not checking 2 of the posts have tiny dents in them, only discovered on the day of installation (as, as they were so well packaged I didn’t check them before the day!). So yes Luxury Screens are very lovely but when paying over a thousand pounds for them I expect 100% pristine.
