Worst customer service ever. Sent me a defective case and refusing to send me a prepaid label to send it back. I should not have to pay to ship a defective item back.

I ordered a phone case that was a case with an extra battery. Due to the time difference, all responses were more than 24 hours apart. They asked me to do all the troubleshooting in individual posts taking even more time. Finally, they agreed to send a replacement. Now the replacement has stopped working as well and I am three attempts in to ask their customer service team to refund my money since there is an obvious flaw in the current design. I am still waiting for a response.....over 10+ days later

I've written this crappy company twice and I've tried calling a So-called number. Of course only voicemail. The battery case I purchased for the iPhone 15 Pro hasn't worked from the date of purchase. I wasn't asking for a refund just an exchange. Have not heard back from anyone. Such a fraud. Do not purchase from this company. Find a more respectable company to purchase from.

A lot of negative reviews but my experience was great. I made an order and decided I wanted a different colour so emailed customer services and they changed the order for me right away. Case arrived in a week or so (shipping to the UK from the US), nicely packaged and in great condition.

I would give this company zero stars if I could. They absolutely suck because they have awful customer service. It took about a month to get the phone case from New York. They sent me a broken phone case and refused to reimburse for the almost $40 I wasted. They ignored my messages never pico up on calls and I will not stop posting horrible reviews until they go out of business or they acknowledge my many complaints about the product I shouldn't have received damaged.

iPhone 13 charging case-I would give it “0” if I could. Gives about an extra hour of charge. Souls have did my research on this one. Glad I got it on sale, especially when the return policy is 48 hours from delivery.

Wow. As I read these reviews, I see exactly what everyone means. It's sad because I was a long-time customer of theirs. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Their cases are FAULTY now. They DO NOT WORK. And the worst part, customer service is LAZY. They will NOT HELP YOU. I have been waiting to hear back from DAWN (I've seen other complaints about her as well), she will not get back to me to resolve my issue and I've now spent over $100 on 2 faulty cases.

HORRIBLE customer service. I use that term loosely.
“New” Ultra Battery Case died after 1 weeks use. Tried the website for support… non-existent. Emailed the confirmation email address and finally got a response. Wanted my order number and pictures of the outside and inside of the case…?
Second email “Dawn” wanted me to confirm I installed the phone correctly and to turn the battery on while installing the phone.… I complied with full explanation all request followed and still the unit didn’t work…
Third email from Dawn now wanted a video of the case not charging before they would decide how They wanted to proceed. Still no RA return information.
I protested and requested immediate refund and would send the device back on my nickel.
Still waiting.…

Horrible service.

I had my case for two weeks and the charging piece , didn’t break but the plastic slid off into my phone charger port. I contacted them and like ALL the others they ghosted me. Their phone number is an answering machine. “ Dawn” their poor excuse for customer service, probably isn’t her real name either, hasn’t responded since her first send me pics email.

i’ve had my charging phone case about 2 years and all of a sudden it just stopped taking a charge and when it does get charged it dies so fast. it’s basically useless overtime for that amount of money. would be better off with otterbox or lifeproof case

Wish I could give it 0 stars. I’ve used their cases in the past and they worked fine but I decided to get another since I got a new phone and the first came in the mail and didn’t work right off the bat. I emailed them and sent them videos of how it did work and they responded and finally sent me a new one which worked for two weeks and then all of a sudden stopped working. I emailed again just asking for a refund because two faulty ones in a row is unacceptable and I’ve heard absolutely nothing from them. I’ve sent 4 emails within 3 weeks and filled out the form online and have heard nothing. Place is such a scam!

I have bought these cases in the past and they worked perfect. I got a new phone and got a new case and it stopped working after 6 months. I contacted customer service about it. I sent them a video of what it was doing and they basically ghosted me. No answers and no help. They have list a good customer

So initially I thought the case didn’t work, I had tried everything.. I contacted support and they walked me through each step to ensure I was doing everything right. Still couldn’t get the case to work. I tested it on my partners phone when I went to take a video of it not working.. worked on his phone right away. Long story short, the charging port on my phone was dirty.. Hah! The case is working great, charges decently fast. Probably get 2-3 charges depending on where my battery is at going off the initial charge. Overall very happy with the case. Also got the privacy screen protector, I like that not only is my screen much more private but how it covers more of the screen than most protectors!

Coming from someone who has purchased several cases from this company, I absolutely am obsessed with their battery cases. I don’t know what is going on with the people who have left negative product reviews but I’ve never had an issue with either of the 6 battery cases I have purchased from LuxyLemon! Their products are durable and last a very long time….hint why I have bought soo many cases already. I can’t wait for more designs to come out because I love to change cases and I will be buying more from them!!

Horrible!!! My phone case stopped working after 3 months, and customer service is a JOKE. I have sent them photos and videos of my phone not working, and they keep ‘claiming’ that the video is not coming through so I have no proof (despite the fact that it comes through to my other email addresses I’m bcc’ing). Also, customer service (Dawn) only replies once every 24 hours at between 1-3am. USELESS. What a waste of money and energy on my part. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Stay away!!!

I realize that your return policy is ver strict, however my charger battery clip broke off inside my phone and it was extremely difficult to get it out. Therefore now it is useless, even as a phone case because I have to take the phone out of the case to charge it. Needless to say after spending so much money on something that only worked for a month or two. A complete waste of money.

If I could put a negative star I would! Terrible. Phone case broke after 1 week, the ipod and macbook cases didn't fit correctly. Their customer service is a joke - they don't want to help you at all. Don't plan on getting your money back EVER. I reached out to the BBB, and they won't even respond to them! SCAM SCAM SCAM!

After one use the phone battery broke. When I contacted them they asked for information which I provided as best I could. The order number was missing. They wrote back to say they they’d stand behind it. Since they have not responded to my inquiries.

i bought a charger phone case from here and then read the reviews and got scared because they were all one star and everyone complained that the charger piece broke first try and that their case never came but mine arrived super fast and it works super well and i’m literally obsessed with it

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered an iPhone battery case, an AirPods case, and a MacBook case. The AirPods fall out of the case, the bottom part is too big for the computer, and the charging case started not charging my phone and was blocking my phone from charging. They do not stand by their products.If you open it and it doesn't work you own it. Period. So, not only are their products a scam, their so called customer service is a scam as well. I've contacted the BBB.
