Literally the worst company ever dealt with. I got one out of 3 items I ordered, and it looked nothing like it did online. It took 2 months to come, I lost my money on 2 other orders for a friend who never got her items at all, and the customer service was so rude. It’s a scam, don’t order from them.

hi would someone be able to email me at mikayla ewing 1 @ hotmail dot com (note there is no spaces between words but they won’t let me put my email) if you got refunded for this site because if i’m not going to get refunded i won’t send the peasants crap clothing back

PIECE OF SH¡T WEBSITE, RIPPED ME OFF $50 AND WILL NOT LET ME GET REFUND OR EVEN LET ME SEND AN EMAIL. IVE BEEN WAITING OVER 4 MONTHS NOW FOR A DRESS AND IT NEVER CAME FUK THIS WEBSITE I WANT MY MONEY BACK !

I spent $75.00 and never received my order or a refund. I’ve had a back and forth via email with them for about 3 months now. They keep asking me to be patient. It’s become clear I will not be getting anything back. Is there a way to file a complaint?

Total scam! Do not order from them!

A complete scam. I ordered four items and soon realised the website was a scam after placing the order. I attempted to submit a help ticket yet every time the verification was denied. I immediately went to email them, bear in mind this was 24 hours within placing my order. After about one day the customer service team got back to me, not only was their email extremely informal and poorly written they attempted to send me more vouchers and promised priority shipping. I still insisted on getting a refund however each email for about a week had silly excuses, saying I couldn’t get a refund because I was too late and that the reason for the refund was denied. I chased this up with my bank about getting my money back and after one month of stressing I did get it back. Thankfully. If I could turn back time I wouldn’t even click on their site, their advertising is false and so are their photos. I’ve seen the exact same photos on 20 ads from Snapchat. Please don’t buy from this site. They take advantage of you, and are just looking for free money. Another reminder is to be very careful when finding Instagram or Snapchat ads, almost 90% of them are scams and use the same photos! Be careful!

Ordered shirts for my daughter that she saved her money for at the end of February. No response via email from company. I opened a dispute through PAYPAL, and expect a refund through them because the email that the dispute is sent to DOES NOT EXIST. I am livid that Paypal would be linked to a company that clearly is scamming people repeatedly. My poor daughter only wanted the shirts. She did not research the company. And only when a month passed and I try to find out what is going on, I find all these wretched reviews.

I got into contact with customer service a few times, but once I demanded a refund and my order cancelled they stopped answering!

Exact same as everyone els. Ordered 3 sweaters that were all over 50$ which is a ridiculous price and only received one super late. Tried to reach out to them but have heard nothing. Absolutely disgusting people. Do not buy from here this website should be shut down.

I saw an ad on instagram so i thought it was a reliable website, I ordered two sweaters and after almost 3 months (they said it would be 20 days max) i only got one, which was quite different from the picture on the site. I emailed them, but seeing other people’s experiences with them on this page tells me i will not be getting that second sweater or a refund.

If i could give this -10 stars i would. This website is a fake, scam set up by some sort of stupid piece of s**t people. DO NOT USE, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Ordered a jumper in December and it still has not arrived. I understand the COVID-19 situation but the thing is it should have arrived before this reached the UK. I fully regret taking the time of day to view this website and the people running it should be ashamed.

Worst customer service ever!! I order 2 sweatshirts at the start of December and by the end of January they never arrived. I assumed it was due to the Christmas period. I emailed their customer service team and they lost the order and had extremely poor communication between themselves and their shipping department. I asked for a refund and they kept refusing the refund and said they will put my order as a priority. I was very clear to say I no longer want the items and that I want a refund. They FINALLY processed the refund after asking 4 times and said it would be with me in 5 working days. 30 working days later and I still did not have the refund. I chased this up and they admitted in writing that there refund service us poor and slow. They continue to apologise but refused to give me their complaints department contact information. To make it all worse I never spoken with the same person. A different person responded to me each time.

Terrible fake cheap company that charges ridiculous prices. I ordered my friend the “yellow sunflower” sweater for Christmas and not only did it arrive super late. She sent me a selfie of her in it and it’s the cheapest looking tat I’ve ever seen. No white lace material around the collar, the picture is cheaply printed on in poor quality rather than embroidered, the jumper isn’t even yellow but a dirty cream colour. All of which was shown in the photo when I ordered it. Total scam and a complete waste of money.

I ordered a sweatshirt in December, STILL haven’t gotten it and I emailed them and they keep telling me to be patient and wait a few more days! Why the hell does it take two months to send a sweatshirt! Don’t order from here they should be shut down completely

I never got my items, or a reply, BUT! I reported it through PayPal (who I paid through) and they have got my money back for me!!! Thank goodness

They don't send on time the orders, their products are so different from what is presented on the pictures, with no quality and different colours, fabrics, etc.
If you order something they already don't have in stock, they don't tell you, I was the one to have to write them twice until they decided to say it was out of stock. Even then they don't give your money back, they make you choose something else or give you a coupon.
I have never been so disappointed with online shopping.
It is expensive so you think it is because the products have good quality but not at all, you can buy the same in another websites for 1/4 of the price.
Worst of the worst online shop, it is all I can say.

I wish I could give this 0 starts. What a horrible website, I thought their things looked great... so I ordered 4 things off them. I revived 1 of the 4 today, was the absolute worst quality, wrong colour, horrible material, will NEVER wear it. So so cranky with this website. DO NOT ORDER OFF THEM 🤬

I ordered 3 sweatshirts December 2019 and it’s February 20 and one never came. I sent them multiple emails with no respond.

I paid 9th, Jan
Now it is 20th Feb.

The customer service keep asking me what did I order, so they can send it again.
They still keep asking me the same question and keep telling me the same thing but nothing useful happen.
