The item I ordered went missing in the post and as soon as I notified them that something was wrong, they immediately sent a replacement which arrived the next working day. Very good customer service in my experience.

The time from ordering (l bought a Clarke CDP152B drill press) until it was delivered was very quick, even arriving a day earlier than estimated. Great no-nonsense service. The drill itself is very good, and suits my needs exactly.

Purchased a Clarke CML 3 motorcycle lift. Very heavy item. Had some concerns about delivery after being contacted by courier company. Specifically about the unloading of the item as it’s one unit, weighing in at 160kg and an awkward shape.

Expressed concern to Simon in Machine Mart customer services. He sorted it all out for me. Very professional, and to be honest I was a little surprised at this level of service. Machine Mart have gone to the top of my list as a supplier and I fully recommend.

I have a product on backorder and they have kept me up to date on delivery times.
Only thing is, I don’t think I should have been charged at the time of ordering, if product not in stock!

The Royal Mail unbelievably couldn't find the address and sent the parcel back to the seller, yet the seller was so kind to post it to a different address free of charge. Top service.
