Ordered a clarkes tent garage and got a discount code from there website for an extra £50 off the quality is fantastic and keeps my car very dry it's with getting a few straps to hold it down during winter storms and get the pegs aswell but value for money it's brilliant and does a great job the service from machine mart is brilliant and it was delivered in a few days with tracking updates all the time

Great service. Great product. Great price. Machine Mart does Exactly what it says on the tin. Highly recommend.

Excellent communication, and service, combined with good prices.

Superfast service, Got here four days before they was even meant to leave, driver was very helpful, had one of these motorcycle lift before Great bitter kit

The whole process from ordering my brush cutter to using it was seamless. Very good product and service.

Never recieved items paid for 3 of the motor oils and recieved none

A great pump......delivered sooner than predicted......ordering very staightforward ......

If an item is not available for next day delivery, it can take quite a long time to arrive; almost a week in my case.

The bike lift arrived on time, very well pakaged, easy to assemble.
The courier firm Evans who delivered it were first class and PAUL, the guy who did all the hard work unloading was exceptional.

From ordering to delivery omnly 24hrs. Items all as described. Great service keep it up

REASONABLE PRICES GOOD DELIVERY.GOOD EQUIPMENT

Delivered on time, well packaged, good item exactly as described

Second barrel fire for me, Bit of a faff to dismantle and grind off the nub that stops the draw being fully closed but it's a 30 minute job. Quick delivery with zero damage, will probably buy again in another 3 years.

I hadn’t purchased from Machine Mart prior to this petrol grass strimmer buy, but overall thought that the process was efficient, the product price very competitive and, when called upon, customer service was excellent.

Fantastic service and machine works great 👍

If I could give 0 stars, I would do it. We ordered a product and paid for next day delivery. We kept receiving everyday confirmation for the following day delivery. As we were waiting for the machine to arrive, after 3 days we called Customer Service and they were extremely rude and unprofessional, saying basically that regardless of the delivery window they give you, that is only an estimate and referred me to their terms of conditions, which said the delivery can take up to 30 days. Luckily, Fedex are more professional and helped us out!!! AVOID MACHINE MART LIKE PLAGUE!

UPDATE: Fedex helped us out and we were able to collect our delivery from them! I maintain my opinion about Machine Mart, your customer service is absolutely disgraceful, unhelpful and your website misleading! AVOID AT ALL COST!

Great prices and super fast delivery, overall fantastic service!
