Fantastic service and an awesome item. Arrived very quickly and the packaging was superb. I highly recommend this shop.

Honestly such an incredible shop. I ordered an Eric Draven LDD for my mum for her birthday, and paid the extra shipping costs for 1-2 day express. Unfortunately, DPD didn't turn up for the evening collection or the following morning one either. I dropped them an email as I was worried, and a lovely lady called Sarah responded very quickly to explain what had happened, and reassured me that they had arranged alternative delivery via FedEx instead. I received my order in a timely manner after the issue was resolved. So a huge thank you to Sarah for all her help, and to the rest of the MAH team too! I'll definitely be ordering again. Quick responses, very willing to resolve issues (the solution was already in place by the time I emailed I think), and just all round great customer service, and my item arrived so well packaged! It was secure and protected, without being Fort Knoxed. Thank you MAH!!!

Products arrive fast and in perfect condition, support is very responsive. Prices are fair and people who work for them are so nice and clearly understand and are passionate about the products they sell.

I asked to pre-order an item not yet available and though it was going to be months before the stock arrived I was not forgotten. How they keep track of customer enquiries extended over such lengthy periods is beyond me, the week the items i wanted were due to arrive, they dropped me a pre-emptive nudge and product link.

Je confirme que en travaillant pour un concurrent qui livre dans le monde entier les frais sont maximum de 10 euros pour le poid et la taille de cette poupée
Et oui une erreur de votre part pour la taille elle n'est pas moin cher d'ailleurs que ailleurs sauf que j'avais justement pris chez vous car la taille était indiqué plus grande pour le même prix ... Malgré plusieurs échanges aucun geste commercial même minimum n'est proposé pour cette erreur , dans mon entreprise nous appliquons des remboursements au moin si le colis et arrivé en mauvais état ou non conforme c'est la moindre des choses

The Terrifier 3 mask arrived swiftly and well packaged but there were a lot of dark marks around hood and neck area. Thankfully not on the face as I plan to rehaul this, This was the first disappointment I have had from Madabouthorror. They really should check before sending out.
