The outfit looked very photogenic on their fake website. But when I received it, it was so bad. The material was stiff, ugly and it smelled like grease. I emailed them for a refund. I was told that I will receive a return receipt however I will have to return it to China at my own mailing expence. BE WARE!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!

Do not trust this business they suggest that are a UK business focused on quality, they have had my order for over 2 wks and I now know it’s coming from China, they cannot tell you when it will arrive nor able to track it for you and put all that responsibility on you, they refuse to even discuss refund and continue to avoid any questions you put to them. I have had to raise a dispute with my bank and inform trading standards.

Do NOT purchase items from this seller. This is a complete scam. The website misrepresents the items and the sellers and there is no simple refund process which is again not the narrative on the website. I have reported them to National Trading Standards and would encourage anyone who has also received poor quality misrepresented items and experienced a complex refund process with an offer of a 10% good will gesture to do the same and support a full investigation in to this company and prevent them from trading and scamming customers causing disappointment, upset, financial loss and a lot of inconvenience.

DO NOT BUY they advertise as based in Manchester I placed an order for a dress for Xmas on the 10.12 giving it 15 days for the dress to arrive nothing arrived I’ve chased they say it’s dispatched but us obviously coming from abroad and not being sent before Xmas absolute con do not buy!!!

Schlechter Shop. Ich habe mit Gianni auf Instagram geschrieben und er hat geschrieben Pech gehabt. Bescheuertes verhalten und ich würde jedem empfehlen keinem bei dem Betrüger bzw. Schwerverbrechen zu bestellen.

Quality of dress poor, synthetic material, not as shown on website, requested return but they only offered exchange (why would I buy anything else after seeing poor quality?) or to return for a refund said I had to ship to China ($32). Nowhere on their website is there information about overseas returns. Friendly correspondence but really bad business.

The dresses didn't not fit , would have to send them back to China for a refund.

Es wird nicht gesagt, wie kompliziert es ist, Kleidung zurück zu senden. Tatsächlich sind die Versandkosten dafür viel zu hoch, da es nach China geschippt werden muss. Es wird einem versucht, das Ganze schmackhaft zu machen, indem sie einen Gutschein alternativ anbieten.
Hier würde ich nicht lehr bestellen!!!

Support funktioniert nicht, man bekommt keine Antwort. Würde es keinem empfehlen bei dieser Marke zu bestellen, es grenzt an Betrug.
An die Leute, die auch noch auf ihr Geld warten, spart euch die Zeit und schreibt nicht dem Support. Versucht es lieber bei Gianni in den DM's, auch wenn das auch nicht sonderlich viel bringt.

Rücksendung funktioniert überhaupt nicht man bekommt das Geld nicht zurück. Außerdem sind die Artikel anders als auf den Bildern

Habe die Ware zurückgeschickt mit Versicherung jedoch hat der Support nicht geantwortet. Musste den Rückversandt auch selber bezahlen. Habe anschließend über Paypal das Geld zurückgezogen und hab als Beweis die Rechnung des DHL Shops angefügt. Hab nach einem Monat das Geld endlich zurück bekommen
