Scam company. Bought a hose, set it all up and it leaked straightaway. Called the company so many times, no reply, e-mailed also no reply. Please don’t purchase.

They need to be investigated.

Absolutely terrible product, on my third replacement since May and it’s split yet again with very little use!!! Stay clear! Absolute waste of money

I bought a hose pipe from them via amazon. I reported that it leaked after 3 months, despite numerous e mails they never got back to me. The hose pipe is useless and a complete waste of money. Do not buy from this company as they are fraudsters selling products that do not work

The worst company I’ve dealt with ever do not buy from them.. product was faulty and they would not refund still trying to get a result hose was split on using for the first time
I just wanted refund I’ve gone through my bank now .. do not buy from these people

A great idea poorly executed. I was initially pleased with the hose. It curled up into a bucket and was so much easier to store than reeling in a traditional hose. But the inner neoprene (?) soon started leaking and then split entirely so that it was unusable after little more than a year of light garden use. On top of that the tap union is not user replaceable or serviceable as it has a metal crimp that can’t be loosened or tightened without special tools. Back to a traditional hose and reel for me. Take heed of this and other reviews here and steer clear.

The hose has only lasted a matter of weeks - trying to get my money back. The problem the hose stopped retracting is 3 times its length and water does not come out - some seeps out of the sides . They asked for a video which I sent with an audio explaining what was wrong .....and visual proof that no water was coming out apart from some seepage. They said they wanted another video of the evidence??? Feel they are just hoodwinking me. Don't deal with this company they are not reputable!

If anyone thinking of buying a Hose please don't buy from this Magic Hose company.There is NO magic ,if anything the item is rubbish nothing like what it has described.
They would not give refunds unless customer send a video of the problem.

So i bought a weed burner from this company and it arrived with all parts missing the plug was scratched and clearly been used so i emailed to return it , i really dont think its been made in uk i dont trust that its safe
Today i had a message to say they have sent out parts and im being charged £10 for them so again i have messaged and said i want to return it but have been ignored
THESE ARE DEFINITELY NOT TO BE TRUSTED

Purchased this hose and now wish I'd read tge reviews first. I was Northampton satisfied witge product and asked if I could return it the emails that followed were rude sharp and the customer service was no where in site. If I returned it it would be at my own expense and if they would not refund i would have to pay again to have it returned to me, who's the loser here.
Do not use this company.

Dont buy - Poor quality - lesson learned, less haste when buying. Its likely a scam - not replying to me now Ive rasied issues with leaks - its a month old and useless

My order was cancelled on May 20th 2025. I received an email on the 20th May stating that my refund of £34.99 would be paid back to my account within 3-5 working days.
It is now 29th June and it has not been received.

Magic hose buyers beware. We ordered this on line. When it came it was faulty- it leaked, didn't fit the tap and the spray connector didn't fit properly either. We asked for a return label and refund. The return e mail from Magic hose asked for photos or a video to identify the fault. We complied with this. We have chased this up every day for the last 10 days and just get a bog standard reply asking for photo/video evidence. When we ring the number given it just cuts out. There is no hint of a return label or refund as per their terms and conditions for faulty goods. Its nothing but a scam and fraud. DO NOT BUY

it seems to be a scam: bought with next day free delivery but arrived after 3 weeks. trying to call back on number but no one is answering. sent email for returns, but getting answers like can you send us photos or videos! TEMU sells this hose for £8.

I bought two hoses in June 2024 within under a year both had split and were leaking. I contacted Magic hose and after many emails back and forth I was told that as the purchase had been more than 30 days ago they could not refund or replace the items. Really poor service and a really poor product. I’d never recommend this product to anyone!

Ha! I ordered the Magic Hose through my Visa Rewards. The first time I used it, it busted. It's really crappy. I can't get my money back because it was a credit from my Visa card so I at least wanted to warn others about it.

I ordered the hose on 17th May and got my order just last week. I ordered a 300 feet combo which means it arrived as 2 sets of 150 feet. The 1st hose has magically split in the middle through the casing and has leaked everywhere. The 2nd hose does not even extend. I emailed customer services on Sunday and got a response asking for pictures. I sent the picture and then they seem to have magically vanished into thin air! I have since then ordered from amazon the flexi hose brand and that seems to work like a dream and does what it says on the packet - extends and is durable!

Advertised 24-hour delivery. Confirmation email said it was a "pre-order", I.e. out of stock. Tried to cancel the order so I could get one elsewhere. Completely ignored my 3 phonecalls/emails. Apologetic email said it on its way. It took a few days. On arrival a grub screw was missing so you can't connect to the tap. No response again. I see the owner has already dissolved one company and now owns 2 more. Not surprised. What a cowbow outfit

Do not buy this product. It doesn't work. I returned it and was offered a 20% refund. Then my subsequent emails to customer service weere ignored.
