Is anybody else having a problem ordering with the sale on any time I try to order over 300 it stops working I have a basket over a thousand euro and it’s not working I have a token and it will not accept it I have spent a lot of money this year on this site not happy

Good website. Excellent choice of rods, reels and tackle. I live in England and have bought stuff from Maguro Pro Shop numerous times from hooks and clips to rods. Online ordering is easy and the shipping is first class using DHL. In fact my orders have been delivered as soon as next day and never longer than two days. No taxes now that we have left the EU which is a bonus. I highly recommend Maguro, they put most of our tackle dealers to shame.

Ordered hooks, received the wrong model (weaker version). I already paid customs in my country and had to ship their parcel back to be refunded. I was refunded without the customs fees. They make mistakes, I have to pay.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! I ordered a speed jigging rod here 4 months ago for my fishing trip to Egypt. They shipped it fast but when I tested the rod at home the rod snapped at the lightest bend. Clearly a production fault. I've fished all my live and worked in a fishing tackle shop so I know my way around rods, I've even built them myself. You can even see it in the type of break. After multiple ignored emails and calls I finally get a reply. Telling my that it was my own fault and that I could buy a new one for a discount. I didn't agree with this and asked if they could contact the rod supplier if they could do something as is normally the case. Again, after months of ignored emails and calls I got a reply: ''It is your own fault, the rods are meant for fishing, not for testing.'' Which is crazy, when I used the work at a fishing tackle shop we always test the rod before we sold it to our customer to make sure there was no faults. I've been polite and patient for over 4 months, hoping to find the right solution but this is disgusting. Horrible service and they are just outright rats. My advice would be to go to: Seafishingtackle and Pechextreme. I've ordered all my other stuff for our trip to Egypt there with great pleasure, they have great stuff for good prices and most importantly, great service!
