Lovely candle Will shop with them again x

Beautiful candle and really unusual. Had no problems at all. I emailed with a question on delivery time and was answered promptly and reassured I would receive the candle in plenty of time. I have ordered before from Maiden and have never been disappointed.

Brilliant, I have never had such good customer service. I would recommend anyone who enjoys candles around the home to visit the site and place an order. Carolyn was amazing and helped with fragrances and choices. Such a pleasure to do business with.

The candle was damaged by the couriers on the way to the delivery. The company responded very quickly to my email and sent put another candle the same day. Excellent service and beautiful product.

This is my second maiden candle. I love them so much. I have had the cinnamon and lavender. They are beautiful to look at and the smell from them is lovely and enhances any room. The delivery service is also first class.

Very pleased with the service. My purchases have been gifts. They arrived in pleasant packaging and looked delightful. I cannot comment on the burning of the candle but assume they will burn as seen on the website.

I have used Maiden Candles as gifts for friends, family and teachers for a few years now. Josh and the team provide excellent customer service. Products are shipped quickly, packaged carefully and loved by anyone lucky enough to receive one. One of my favourite companies to support.

Excellent service. Candle lovely and beautifully boxed for a gift. Thank you.

As always excellent service. Beautiful candles loved by all my friends and family who receive them from me as presents. Keep up the good work.

Very helpful team - i missed the 10% new subscription discount in my order and Josh sorted straight away. Candles are beautiful. Thanks

This isn’t my first order and this is my must go place whenever I want something a little different with a touch of class. Always beautifully wrapped and the comments from the receivers is so positive. I would recommend especially when buying something for those people who have everything.
