Excellent Products & Service. I bought a candle set at Bath Christmas Market in 2017 and broke the ring, as I wanted a replacement and another candle for a gift I phoned left a message they rang me back within an hour and they sent a new ring to me with my order, which arrived within 2 days well packaged. I was really pleased and the people are nice to deal with, Josh was my point of contact.
I saw their products in Bath and they are really high quality along with the presentation packaging, so if you're nervous to buy on line don't be, you will be so pleased when your order arrives.

Great product, great service.well done Maiden

The products are incredible and delivery was so quick. The packaging is absolutely stunning and the products inside are beautifully presented. Customer Service was exceptional, too.

Great personal service with stunning products

I just want to let everyone know how wonderful my experience has been at Maiden Dorset. I've purchased two separate gifts from them and have had such a great experiences. I first found Dorset Maiden candles at the Winchester Christmas market and bought the Orange & Clove candle for my mother for Christmas. She was absolutely in love with it. For Mother's Day, I ordered the Cinnamon and Vanilla Hamper and she received it within 48 hours of me placing the order. I was so impressed at how quickly they had everything ready and had such wonderful customer service. When my mother received the hamper for Mother's Day, she was so impressed with the scent in the box and so excited to light it. The presentation really does make for a wonderful surprise as well. When you have a gift you need to send, I know you won't be disappointed with Maiden Dorset and you'll be pleased every single time. Thank you for your wonderful products and your amazing customer service!

Very easy to use website. Quick delivery and extremely well packaged - very necessary due to delicate nature of contents. Very happy. Thanks.

Ordered the candles, dispatched immediately and arrived within a couple of days. Very happy with the candle, second time I'm bought from Maiden Dorset after first seeing them at a Christmas Market, we wanted a second one so ordered online. Will 100% order from them again, without doubt.
