Very good grade were tatty and practice balls included in box.
I've always used this company to buy lake balls and never had a problem. This time however I ordered 2 boxes of balls, one of which was of 'very good' grade. This box had some really tatty balls in and also contained practice balls, they were in a clearance sale but none the less.
In response to mailorderGolf reply, I have emailed them 3 times telling them I wish to return the balls as I am legally allowed to do, I have had no reply. I have better things to do than take pictures of golf balls.

Very Good Grade balls should not include tatty balls or practice balls, so we’d like to look into this properly. Please can you send us some clear images of the balls you received, particularly the ones you feel were not as described?
Once we have the images and your order details, our customer service team can investigate this and help get it resolved.
Scratch Grade A Balls
First batch of balls were very good.
Just received another box of 24 balls which are meant to to be Grade A, but a quarter of then have fairly deep scratches. There are a number of companies that sell second hand balls so I’ll go elsewhere next time.

Quality of pearl class AVX balls was good. Maybe 2or3 went into the practice bag but the others were good to play and some as new
