I have been ordering from Maine Lobster Now for over a year. My first order was for 5 live 2.5 lb lobsters. They arrived alive and were great. My last order was for king crab legs and scallops. The package arrived completely soaked and the contents were completely thawed and bags open. I called and the young man who took my call said there was nothing they could do about it. He told me to eat the crab legs right away as they can't be refroze. I told him I paid for insurance, but he said they would not allow a claim. I ordered 3 lbs of crab legs and I can't consume that amount in a day. He said, "you should be able to". He was very condescending and arrogant and made me feel intimidated. Sorry to say they have lost what could have been a lifetime customer.

I live in Louisiana, where we get fresh seafood all the time, unfortunately we do not have fresh cold water Lobster and Scallops here, so I ordered from Maine Lobster Now. The Lobster meat and Scallops were fresh and delicious, as was the Lobster Mac & Cheese. Delivery arrived early morning on day promised. I would definitely order from them again.

Our order arrived on time, the lobsters were alive. The clams, mussels and lobsters were delicious! Highly recommended.

We recieved our order of 4 live lobsters exactly when I wanted them. They were all lively and at my door 16 hours after they were shipped. I had never prepared live lobsters before but with the simple step by step instructions, we had fresh lobster in my home that was as good as picking a lobster from a tank at an upscale seafood restaurant. Thank you for providing service above what you promised and what we expected!

I ordered 2 - 3 lb Lobster's along with the Lobster Mac & Cheese. Delivery was exactly the next day by noon as stated! Lobster's were perfect WOW! The Mac & Cheese was delicious! Definitely will be ordering again in the near future! Thanks for the GREAT EXPERIENCE!

I ordered five live 1.5lb Main lobsters for a birthday along with clam chowder and 4 lbs of crab claws. I stumbled on "Main Lobester Now", while looking for another company and I was intrigued by their web site and the how-to videos & recipes and decided to give them a try. Their lobsters were delivered on time & packed beautifully. Before cooking I placed the lobsters in the freezer for 10 minutes to kill them humanely as suggested by their website (it really does work) This is the first time I have ever boiled (I've always steamed in the past) using the fine sea salt in the water as recommended. They turned out absolutely delicious, the sea salt adds so much flavor. I found their customer service to be very helpful. They said all their soups are gluten-free which is another plus for celiacs. I will definitely use "Main Lobster Now" from now on

As a first time customer, I ordered 6 lobsters for my Aunt&Uncle's 50th anniversary on Sunday at 9pm, after clicking "Place Order" I then realized I made mistake on Shipping address, I forgot to change address to their address. I went on a panic mode, sending email to customer service, to my surprise I got a response from Michael Dart an hour later at 10PM on Sunday that the address has been corrected. What a wonderful customer service!!. The lobsters arrived on time and still kicking. The seaweed in the package made them smell like there were at the ocean. Thank you so much. I will definitely order again!

I Loved It So Fresh I Order 5lb For My Birthday Last Year And I'm About To Order Again

First time customer. I live in Ohio and its so hard to get fresh seafood! Super satisfied. We ate lobster tail 5-6ounce. They had great flavor and were cooked for 6 minutes! We ordered scallops and cod. Can't wait to try! We will be repeat customers!

lobsters arrived on time , however varied in size and one had a smashed shell will probably order again.. Gary

My husband's birthday was today and he loves lobster and during this whole COVID-19 thing, I was seriously wondering how I was going to be able to deliver! Maine Lobster Now was a savior! I ordered three 2 pound lobsters that showed up this morning to his delight - we steamed them and they were amazing! And, I think these had to be more than 2 pound lobsters. They were HUGE!!! Thank you so much for making my husband's birthday so special. I've already recommended you to many friends and we'll definitely be ordering again. WOW!!!

We recieved our order they were in great shape cooler was intact and dry ice packed
With them was still frozen the lobsters were still moving and very fresh meat was wonderful. The clams were great and tender clam chowder was great just like I remember when I grew up in Maine I retired in Oklahoma from the military after 21 years

The live lobsters were delicious and big! And the steamers, scallops and chowder were amazing!!! You can taste how fresh this seafood is! I LOVE!!! i can't wait to order again!

I ordered a package for my mother for mothers day and my family is everything to me.
I had a bad experience and spoke my mind in a review.This was taken very seriously by a representative of Maine Lobster.He read/listened/and phoned me to discuss the situation and how Maine Lobster could resolve it.I told him how I'm a first time customer.Being that, my first impression was very important.He listened to every word and offered to refund me or send out a second package..I didn't take the refund.I asked them to make it right. I told them I would like to give the company a second chance.That they could send the new box and I would review again based on this.

Lobster,clam cakes, Lobster bisque,clam chowder,and taffy.My mom prepared a lobster sandwich for dinner with the quick cooking guide you have in the box.She said the lobster was amazing! WOW! As new customers, and fresh lobster meat lovers, we were concerned we wouldn’t get to Cape Cod this year for our annual lobster feasts. We ordered fresh, unfrozen lobster meat and were more than pleasantly surprised. It was tender, exceptionally cleaned, and had the sea taste often lacking in the grocery store meat. We’ll reorder soon.

Great communication.....Quick ship (arrived early in the morning so I could prepare for my Husband's birthday dinner that evening). Along with the Lobster tails (meaty and sweet!!!)...we had the mussels (so plump and tender) and scallops.....all so fresh and delicious!!! Needless to say....My husband and I were both very happy with his birthday dinner!! Great company and we will be ordering again soon! We ordered 18 1 lb lobsters for mother's day, living in SC but being from New England my mom was craving some Maine Lobsters! With the craziness and inconsistency in shipping during the Covid pandemic I was very worried about getting the lobsters on time but they were here, beautifully packed and all alive. There was seaweed in the box and when you opened it the smell of a Maine beach was fantastic! The lobsters were so sweet and delicious we were very happy with the whole process!!
