Had an amazing caring thoughtful driver Xavier who drove us to the coronation Street tour 13/06/2026 what a wonderful weekend.Thank you Hazel and Clare

Just home from a few days in Liverpool with Kim as our driver. She was lovely and very friendly. I was disappointed with the hotel, lots of things I didn’t like about it and wish Majestic would choose one of the many others in the area. The food was rushed and not very appealing, with a limited choice. My room was ok, but the wind howled through the windows all of the time, making it nearly impossible to get a good nights sleep. Lots of homeless people loiter outside the front of the hotel, asking for a smoke or any spare change. That was quite intimidating and the staff did nothing to move them on. The day trips were very good which made the holiday so much better than it would otherwise have been.

We have just come back from a 4 night trip to Liverpool, the adelphia hotel is good that it is situated in the heart of all the shops and entertainment but it is definitely in need of a bit of TLC snd the food even though we did find something to eat that could be upgraded, as for our driver Kim she was absolutely fabulous and sat with us for our dinners,very good driver and happy , would go with majestic again maybe try Torquay

We have been booking tailor made tours with majestic for the past 15 years.allways very helpful staff nothing to much trouble value for money.

Our coach was on time,coach driver was really nice and helpful,hotel food and staff was all good,very helpful staff ,clean and tidy inside the hotel ,entertainment was excellent very enjoyable holiday will go back definitely

Excellent value for money not many places offer a free bar at the price they charge for the holiday.
The hotel is not modern or luxury but spotless and warm and the chef deserves praise as the food is wonderful tasty with a good varied choice

Great hotel with good food, and of course the tour itself. In this day and age it was tremendous value for money, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend ‘Majestic’ for a safe comfortable break and value for money

We had another fantastic holiday with Majestic this time we went to Northumberland Yester years it was amazing. The Hotel, the Excursions were brilliant and the drivers are so knowledgeable. The Majestic team have always gone above and beyond to please us. They are an excellent firm and we can't wait for our next trip in July to Eastbourne

We have been to this Hotel numerous times and it’s truly a wonderful experience, staff are so friendly, food good and entertainment great.
We have travelled all over Europe with majestic and as far as.we are concerned they certainly give you value for money.

Took a five day trip with Majestic to Amsterdam. Could not fault the company with the comfort and attention given to the passengers. Our driver Adam was excellent and the itinerary great. The first day was in Amsterdam and we spent the time exploring. We
visited the Kuekenoff gardens, the next day,beautiful. Then next day to Edam cheese makers and the clogg makers and the island of Markem. Busy but most enjoyable. The hotel was comfortable and food plentiful.

Another excellent holiday with Majestic - our third to the Dutch Bulbfields. A huge thank you to Adam for his skilful driving and pleasant demeanour. Look forward to doing it all again next year. Kath

The hotel was brilliant from the staff to the food entertainment and of course the free bar was outstanding no complaints at all ,we were a party of 6 and had the best time can't wait for the next trip ,well done majestic 👌

I can't understand why the burstin hotel in Folkstone has such bad reviews, I recently visited with my sister and found the hotel to be absolutely fine, The staff are very friendly and the food was great, The rooms might be a bit basic but were clean, will definitely go back,
