From all our visits to Templestowe we have always found the staff friendly, helpful and happy to oblige if they can....the Hotel is spacious, great location and the food is excellent, the trips are better now they have changed some venues...so we keep going each year, such a relaxing week...

Great driver after a bad start with motorway closure

We had a great time at the park hotel in blackpool.the rooms were lovely and the food amazing.would definitely go back

Last September we had a lovely holiday to Liverpool staying at the Alelphi Hotel. Booking with Majestic Tours was very easy too. Our driver was a very nice man as well. The holiday was a five day & four night trip, with three different trips during the time we were there. We had really good service from Majestic from start to finish. The holiday was very good value for money as well.

Always well planned coach holidays. We really enjoyed our trip to Gunton Hall with tickets to the Thursford Spectacular included. Majestic holidays are reasonably priced and a chance to have a relaxing time away without having the stress of driving yourself. Great customer service too.

Stayed at the crown hotel in Cricklewood on arrival given keys to get into room which did not work reported that and waited for someone to let us in I had to go back to reception for second time when we got into our room wanted to have a shower there was no shower mat had to go back to reception who sent a mat to the room.the shower was not working properly only a dribble came out my partner decided she would use the bath instead but there was no bath plug once again had to go to reception who sent up a bath plug.when we went down for our evening meal we were all given tomato soup no other choice the main meal was supposed to be chicken and chips 3 of the party were vegetarian so they had to have pasta when our meal arrived it was fish and chips a small amount of fish but plenty of batter then we all had to have cheesecake for a pudding. Never again with majestic tours.

I travelled with this company many times over the years but went on the xmas market to Birmingham trip in dec an it was awful , coach was fine but after 2 hotels being advertised we ended up in the britannia coventry , on arrival to this 1 star rating hotel , of which was so run down an in middle of a busy street with nothing around, we found it to be extremly old an cold throughout ,,our room was cold with no working radiator therfor bed under window felt damp , no heating in bar area at all , the cold hit you , bar was with very limited drinks ,, advertised to be buy one get one free at 6 pm till 9 pm they then put meal time at 6 pm , so therefor this was very misleading you were told you had only 15 min to go for food an then if late wudnt get any , i was one of the first to be served an the piece if pork was miniscule i was given 3 slices so thinely cut it was almost see through , there was only 2 sides to choose from which wrre green beans an carrots these were not fresh foods but frozen veg ! Also aint bessie frozen potatoes , i them asked if i cud also have s little of the cottage pie to go with it ad it wasnt enuff food to fill a mouse to be told no only one main !!! A friend chose cottage pie sn this was practically thrown onto plate like slop ,, inside the cottage pie was slso the same veg as dished up as the side veg ,, the worse food we have ever been given to us from a hotel !!
On going outside for s ciggrette a friend was over whelmed on the groups of what looked like to be immigrants outside the hotel !! She felt quite uneasy an felt scared to be outside alone !! The second night we had to pay for a taxi an went else were for a decent meal ! Never wil we use majestic tours again

I cannot believe you have advertised the Scarborough hotel which is full of illegal immigrants residing there I have traveled with majestic several times so it comes of a shock to me

The driver took it upon himself not to take us to one of the excursions. Suggested we may not want to go by train (another option) didn’t realise we weren’t going at all
The 4 hrs to look around Norwich City in my opinion was not long enough. I didn’t expect to be back in my hotel by 3pm! Can’t fault the rest of holiday. Weather was perfect,food excellent although as a single person not allowed to use the swimming pool in the Hotel. Health and safety!

Coach and driver excellent.staff helpful and hard working. Food good.
Room clean, but hotel could do with an update.
No air conditioning.
Trips out well organised.

Well thank goodness for our tour driver Stuart Clark from Dartline who's great customer care and sense of humour saved the day.
You have got to laugh our tour to Liverpool saw us staying at the Adelphi Hotel.
A grand old hotel in its day but now in need of a few million in tlc.
The bedrooms was small double bed only accessed from one side. Very limited window opening leading to a stiflingly hot atmosphere. Bathroom had been recently refurbished. Lovely shower but no mirror.

Unfortunately that's the good bit. They were filming in the ballroom causing us lack of facilities and limited access
We were left feeling unwelcome.

The food was dire..school canteen type catering. Poor selection. On one day orange squash was used as a substitute for orange.
Breakfast was poor quality ...

There was a that's what it is lump it or leave it from staff.
Position of hotel was excellent close to train station and in the heart and walking distance from amenities.

The Beetles mystery tour guide was excellent and very informative...

Best advice I can give is avoid this hotel pay alittle extra and stay at the Mecure.

Hi we booked to go with majestic to Llandudno, as we live in wales we had to go to the grand hotel, omg the rooms were dirty shower rooms had mould and smelling, the food was a joke, so we eat out every night, never again, the women who we booked with was very rude and not helpful, on the bus the toilets was out of order that’s going and coming home, never again will we go with this company,

We have just returned from a Majestic tour to a Warner break to Littlecote House Hotel. Although the hotel itself is very dated and could do with an up grade, the overall experience of our first coach holiday was good.
I would like to say a very big thank you to our driver Ian, who was excellent, nothing was too much trouble for him. We will definitely be booking another holiday with you soon.

HOTEL THEY TOOK US TOO WAS IN BOURNEMOUTH ( THE SUNCLIFF) IT TOOK 6 HOURS FROM PLYMOUTH ,DUE TO PICK UPS IN AROUND 6 LOCATIONS . THE FOOD AT THE HOTEL WAS DISGUSTING ,UNDERCOOKED FISH ,BURNT SAUSAGE ,INSTANT MASH , FROZEN VEG (EVERY NIGHT ) THE 4 DAY BREAK COST ME NEARLY £700 ! FOR ME & MY DAUGHTER . VERY TIRED HOTEL WHO WERE ONLY INTERESTED IN SAVING MONEY . MAJESTIC HAVE IGNORED MY E-MAILS ,REQUESTING COMPENSATION FOR US HAVING TO STARVE EACH NIGHT . NOW MAJESTIC HAVE ACCUSED ME OF LYING !!!! STAY CLEAR OF THESE BANDITS!

Amazing driver - Diane - took us across to the IOW. Somebody from their office does need to go on these tours and realise that returning on a Friday is going to take several hours longer than at any other time. The bus had to be changed due to a fault, unfortunately it was a bigger and heavier bus that was difficult to manoeuvre over on the island. Any niggles or problems we encountered were due to Majestic itself. I reiterate, our driver did a fantastic job, allowing for places, roads and even town centres being closed and not open until a few days before Easter. For this reason I have taken a star off as I think when Majestic takes you somewhere on a specific date they should know when places are to be open.
