Bestelling verdwenen.
Op 8 april heb ik een fauteuil besteld, groot ding dus, die zou 10 april uiterlijk geleverd worden. 12 april contact opgenomen omdat de track en trace nog steeds aangaf dat het pakket bij leverancier stond. 12 april eindelijk beweging. pakket was opgehaald. 14 april bij dc aangekomen. 2 dagen onderweg? 16 april in alle vroegte de T&T gecheckt, stoel nog steeds onderweg. 11:00 uur, stoel wordt tussen 11:05 en 12:00 geleverd. 11:15 Helaas stoel kon niet worden afgeleverd, onderweg naar DPD parcelshop. 19-4 nog steeds onderweg naar parcelshop. Makro klantenservice stuurt door naar de dropshipper, die reageert tot op heden niet, DPD klantenservice reageert helemaal niet.
Wat een puinhoop is dit. Ik had het juist hier besteld voor de korte levertijd, HAHAHA Ik ben benieuwd of ik de stoel ooit nog ga zien.

Hire the laziest wastes of oxygen I have every met. Late deliveries always missing products. Customer care only care about calming you but not fixing the issues. Delivery men are lazy they won't always deliver to the agreed spot in premises when they can't just roll a trolly there. Their supervisors are even worse.
Absolute disgraceful company anyone working for these louts should hang their heads I. Shame

in de non-food folder van 10-4 tot 23-4 staat op pagina 46 een aanbieding voor Ten-Cate keukentextiel. Daar wordt een set van 3 (?????) aangeboden. Toen ik op 11-4 die keukendoeken ging kopen bleek dat de prijs voor 1 2-pack was terwijl ik 3 2-pack's verwachte. Bij de klantenservice kreeg ik een hele discussie en de "supervisor" gaf ook op geen enkele manier toe dat mijn interpretatie niet klopte. Bij alle andere advertenties staat duidelijk of het om een 2-pack gaat of 3-pack, en omdat op pagina 8 van die folder Ten Cate baddoeken ( 1 2-pack) aangeboden wordt voor €4,99 leek mij de prijs voor 3 2-pack's keukentextiel voor €8,99 niet onwaarschijnlijk. De tegenmoetkoming die geboden werd was 15% korting. Gewoon belachelijk...
Alles speelde zich af bij de Makro in Best, ik begrijp nu dat dit soort service er voor zorgt dat mensen naar een andere leverancier gaan.

Parked in a Disabled bay & my blue badge was displayed in the side window before we visited the store in Reading then we received a parking invoice from a company called G24 who alledged we parked without displaying a blue badge.I appealed this invoice & sent G24 proof of my blue badge & copy of our invoice for our shopping in the store.The invoice was for £100 or reduced to £60 if payed in a certain time.I think its very unfair of makro to allow there customers to be treated this way when they are spending money in there store.GOOD RIDDENCE MAKRO.

Kirby Liverpool the staff are very helpful and go out their way to help you,at one time it was a day out shopping for clothes TV washing machine Nick Nacks and finish it with a coffee in the cafe all gone the once great store is no more just food.

Super slechte webshop!

Aan de voorkant ziet alles er netjes uit. Webshop mooi en je bent snel van je geld af. Maar dan, leveren ho maar. Inmiddels 3 keer aan de telefoon gehangen... Order staat ergens en misschien komt die wel, zeggen ze dan. Ik wilde annuleren maar dat was wel lastig omdat de koelkast mogelijk al onderweg zou zijn. Volgens de track and trager staat hij al 2 weken op een wachtstand.

Bestel hier dus nooit meer.

Buiten het feit dat de winkel een beetje achteruit is gegaan aan het assortiment, niet de fout van het winkelpersoneel... mogen ze echt wel wat vriendelijker zijn... dat je in 18.00 sluit, prima. Ik werk zelf ook in een winkel en heb zelf ook een hekel aan klanten die langer blijven. Wij krijgen tot 18.00 betaald en niet langer. Daarna moeten we ook nog afsluiten en kassa's tellen. Dus wij staan ook niet op klanten te wachten die langer in de winkel blijven... ECHTER wordt je hier 3x aangesproken op een onvriendelijke manier... en als je dan aangeeft dat je dochtertje is weggelopen en je haar niet kunt vinden wordt er gezegd " ja... wij willen ook naar huis".... vind ik dit ook maar zeer en zeer onbeschoft. Dat je naar huis wilt prima, maar het ging om een kind die wij niet konden vinden. Blijkbaar is op tijd sluiten en naar huis gaan belangrijker dan een kind van 2 jaar niet kunnen vinden. Het was overgins 18.03 toen wij met onze dochter bij de kassa stonden, tja wij willen ook liever naar huis MET onze dochter.

Visited Washington Makro this afternoon. Was last there around two months ago, scanned in, staff helped us scan in etc but we didn't buy on that day.

Returned today, scanned in and was refused because 'you've not been since 2021'. I said over and over again I had been, I explained the time I had been previously and then they TOOK MY CARD OFF ME and refused to give it back.

Manager eventually came past after the team leader had insulted me saying 'listen, love' to which I grew angry.

They made me feel like a criminal when I was totally innocent. This used to be a wonderful shop but I will not be spoken to like this, and to be called 'love' by some unpleasant jobsworth was a step too far.

NEEDS CLOSING DOWN OR A STAFF OVERHAUL. They tried to claim I lied when they were at fault for letting me in two months ago. I'm now looking to get the CCTV of when they allowed me to scan in, but since they took my card off me this will be troublesome.
Thank god for Costco, who will continue getting my custom from now on.

Living opposite Makro in Charlton is pure hell. Their alarms constantly go off, day and night, and their lorry drivers couldn't care less about the residents trying to sleep or work from home. We've raised issues with management and have been ignored while the noise continues. We've had to resort to taking it further and contacting our local council so we're able to get some peace and quiet! (Hopefully!) Utter shambles. How hard is to turn off an alarm or silence your reversing beep?!

Makro used to have good organic and free range eggs. But no more, it's full of bad tasteless battery factory eggs.
Same goes for the chicken, bad quality force fed factory hens.
They don't mind thay are happy, profits are all they care about. And the buying public don't have a clue and they get sick on poor diets.

Having been members for over 20 years, it is so sad to see just how Makro has changed over time.
Having today been to a store and find we can buy many of the same products retail, cheaper in a Tesco, Asda, etc.
One assumes that the owners, Tesco, are running the business into the ground. But for what reason ?
Was it Tesco's plan from the outset, to turn this wholesale business into a retailer, why ?
Goodbye Makro

Having been to the Hull branch on the 16/10/2023 we were about to pay for some ribs. When we came to pay the cashier noticed there was a leak from the box. Not being too bothered about the ribs we left them with her. To are pleasant surprise the manager gave us 2 boxes free of charge for the inconvenience. Excellent customer service and a pleasant surprise

It looks like the Rayleigh store is closing down. So sad it used to be brilliant. Hardly any stock or customers

I hope they all close. Dreadful customer service and managers and staff at Kirkby are happy to be doing nothing or as little as possible work during the day.

Grote professionele diepvries van 200 kg besteld. Werd na veel tegensputteren op de plek gezet (beganegrond), maar in de folie en op de pallet. Ik moest zelf maar even een paar sterke mannen regelen om de vriezer uit deze ingewikkelde pallets te tillen. Mijn oude vriezer zou worden meegenomen, maar daarvoor was geen plek in de vrachtwagen en die bleef dus achter. Zeer slecht! Een aantal keer contact gehad met het kantoor. De Engels sprekende dames op het kantoor reageerden erg ongeïnteresseerd kan het blijkbaar geen ene moer schelen. Ik wordt afgewimpeld of ik gek ben. Tot op de dag van vandaag geen fatsoenlijke reactie gekregen. De vraag van METRO: hoe kunnen we verbeteren? Lees je reviews eens door (want zo te lezen ben ik niet de enige ZEER ontevreden klant) en doe er iets mee. Tip: vervang het onfatsoenlijke personeel.

Very ugly behavior of employees with non-local customers.

As a Makro shop customer I am really disappointed in the closer of the Fareham branch to inshore shoppers My husband used to do my business shop on his way home from work x But now we have to go to another branch which is proving difficult as they close at 5pm week days and 3pm weekends when am I as a small business owner surrpose to go x trying to find out about maybe delivery is proving difficult no one seems to have information on cost,times ect xx

Makro was a great place until I found out today that it's closing it's doors to walk in customers such as myself. and being close to where i live was convenient. It's only deliveries now with a minimum order of £100. GREED. No doubt Makro will lose a lot of customers.

Every time I visit niw I can’t get what I need. You’ve changed the products fir catering to some real rubbish stuff. What on earth are you doing?
