Gave one star as had to unfortunately give a star to review!

This place is run by absolute charlatans! Tried to return something to be told I was outside of the 14 days return period.

I then referred Stacey M (possibly short for Mouse? A relative of Mickey perhaps) to the companies own website where it clearly states in black and white THIRTY DAYS FROM RECEIPT OF ORDER!

I informed Ms/Miss/Mrs Mouse of trading standards. The Consumer Contracts Regulations. Also the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Right bunch of jokers this place! If I were you I’d avoid like the plague (or sepsis)

I’ve had sepsis three times and that was more enjoyable than dealing with these clowns.

Ms/Miss/Mrs Mouse then had the sheer nerve to email me back moaning about how horrible my review was! Well if you took your customers seriously lovely girl, you would get a lot less one star reviews!

DO YOURSELVES A FAVOUR PEOPLE AND AVOID THESE FLY BY NIGHT MERCHANTS! TERRIBLY RUN COMPANY! DO NOT GIVE TWO SH1TS ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!

Have since read a lot of their one star reviews on Google and the like and they range from defrauding a 90+ year old couple out of hundreds of pounds to finding it absolutely fine that their couriers just dumped a seat outside the house of disabled customers!

Jeez I thought the Georgia (USA) cops that shot the baby donkey were bad but you lot well and truly take all the biscuits in the biscuit factory!

Bought a rise & recliner chair to be delivered to my dad in his nursing home. Was delivered within the time given with no hassle. Dad loves his chair.

Great wheelchair until you try to make the foot rests the right length. The instructions on the leaflet are clear in what to do, however, the bolts are done up so tight I couldn't use the tool they provide to undo them. When you do get them undone, getting the footrest down is a real struggle. It took 2 people to pull and turn the foot rest to the correct length leaving metal turn marks in the black spayed leg.

I found this mattress two hard for me .i have quite a few health problems .so my daughter is going to sell it .Phyllis

We purchased a Rollator in January 2026. The one brake has stopped working. I called Manageathome today only to be asked to send either pictures or a video. I am at a loss to understand how they would ask for a picture of a brake not working. I think I would have got better service if I had bought the Rollator from Amazon.

Easy online purchase
Was a little weary as the item was £1,200 and I’ve never purchased off the website before.but no problems whatsoever. Delivery within a week and item top quality.
Emails have been replied to straight away by customer service and very helpful. Would definitely recommend and purchase again with this company

First time customer. Ordered items needed urgently because of a downturn in my condition. Received emails confirming my order. Then email confirming despatch and a final email saying it had been delivered. It hadn't. They sent royal mail tracking reference which didnt work. Entirely untrustworthy company. Not what disabled people.need and probably best avoided.
Luckily I had paid through Paypal so refund was immediate.
Correspondence with Manageat Home was insulting. The tried to question whether I had meant to apply for a PayPal refund on the correct purchase. They alleged maybe Royal Mail had sent the delivered email .nonetheless was sent from info@manageathome. Rather than admit and apologise for poor service, misleading information etc etc they fought against the refund stating ut was more likely to be my mistake. What a rude customer approach. Maybe they think disabled people will take that sort of rudeness. Just disgusted by their response to me for reporting their failures.

A very mixed experience with Manage At Home.
An excellent product but the firm is let down by its very poor delivery arrangements.
I am very pleased with the item ordered - a Jubilee high backed chair. It is as advertised, and is very comfortable and well made, and was just what I was looking for.
BUT a totally different picture when it came to delivery. We received a phone call from the delivery firm to check we would be in when they called which we confirmed. What actually happened was that the van turned up - failed to knock or ring the bell - left the chair (boxed up) on a pallet blocking the garage door (20 yards from front door along a level path) - and drove off without letting us know or seeking confirmation of delivery. On hearing a noise we went out to see the van disappearing down the road and the pallet 20 yards away! Bearing in mind this was during the current heatwave, we were not impressed.
Would I use Manage at Home again? Possible for small items but certainly not for any large items unless I could be sure it had better delivery arrangements in place

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
They say 3 - 5 working days delivery but this is DECEPTIVE. Six days after ordering and chasing a pressure relief cushion it still hasn’t even been dispatched. The website should be clearer about delivery times so people needing equipment urgently can make an informed choice. If it isn’t here in 48 hrs I’m refusing delivery. 😡😡😡😡😡
UPDATE: It arrived and is not fit for purpose. The foam is cheap - not a medical grade cushion at all. I bottomed out within 2 minutes of sitting on it and I’m nowhere near the maximum weight. Cost me £14 to return it but I’m not paying £80 for a temu grade pressure cushion. Cheeky lot. AVOID!!!!

I am preparing for a recovery at home after surgery, and I needed to order four pieces of medical equipment. I researched each one independently, and Manage At Home consistently had the best prices.

I needed to ask some questions, and had the good fortune and absolute pleasure of speaking with Georgia L, who helped me order exactly what I needed. She made everything very easy, and in addition to being knowledgeable and efficient, she was kind, patient and had a lovely sense of humour. I give Manage At Home my highest recommendation!

These days most companies depend on AI for so-called Customer Service, but not Manage At Home. My queries were dealt with promptly, intelligently and conscientiously by Georgia L. today. Terrific! A really refreshing change.

KEEP CLEAR - (90 year old lost £225) Keep Clear - If I could give zero I would. Purchased a single small mattress from the website for our frail mother in law. Firstly it took over 3 weeks to arrive (from Shelf their third party supplier, and we live in Brighouse) Secondly, Barbara laid on it once fully clothed to try it out (similar to how you would at Dreams) and decided it was too hard so we tried to send it back. This company hid behind terms and conditions and now a 90 year old couple are out of pocket £225.00 I will never use them again! Majority of companies who supply mattresses normally allow a period for return/money back this was 10 minutes and they declined! GO ELSEWHERE! Look forward to your response underneath our review to justify your service and position!

I ordered a rehasense rollator from manage at home last Tuesday. The rollator arrived on the following Friday and I love it! It suits my needs perfectly and I got it in the sale so at a reasonable price. Service was prompt and I got exactly what I need. Plus the rollator was the art flower power edition so I’m also turning heads!😉. Thanks for a great experience.

I have ordered from manage at home a couple times, ive had no problems with them at at all
I ordered my first Rollator from them no issues at all then recently ordered my second one apart from the box being a bit dented (im assuming its from the delivery) it was absolutely fine :)

I ordered 2 x tapestry 7 day pill holders for elderly relatives & the Nilaqua Biodegradable Shampoo Wraps.

The Manage At Home website was easy to use, the prices were reasonable.

And the items despatched to my address on the promised date with good packaging.

I would order from this company again as I received a series of e-mails notifying me when the items had been delivered & the position of the package coming to my address.

Oh my god I love my jug it’s made life soooo much easier !!! I can make a cup of coffee without all the drama and worry I’m going to scald myself
I told my friend and she bought one too and she really loves hers
It squeaks abit, I’m guessing with use that goes away but I don’t care it’s the best thing since sliced bread and it DOESNT DRIP !!!!
