Expensive returns policy
I have bought clothes from you in the past without issue. I ordered 2 items size 14 as usual. Unfortunately they both were a little tight so I had to return them. My main grumble is that I paid £2.99 for delivery and £5 to return them. Almost £8 to try on 2 items seems really expensive! I never thought I would need to return them as they were my usual size. It would have been cheaper for me to send them back by weight and not through your returns portal. This has put me off ordering anything else from you. Surely you could offer a cheaper returns option for 2 items?? Or even free returns......
